Pretty good! Neither stiff nor soft.

I have recieved it yesterday, the product is medium soft feels comfortable to sleeps in side position or straight. Feels better and relaxed on the neck and shoulder it is better than other cusions we get from the market.

In a week, the cloth of the pillow started to turn into pieces. It sticks to your hair and if you have a beard it's HORRIBLE. Also the foam becomes paper after two hours. Still better than a regular pillow but it's the worst memory foam pillow I've ever used

For the first 3 days, it was difficult to adapt to this pillow, but once it was adapted, I never felt such a comfortable pillow till now. No disturbance in sleep
