This belt is fantastic! The moment I put it on my sciatica ache was minimized and I felt stabilized. The size of the belt makes it easily wearable, invisible under clothes and is very comfortable. The placement is important…it should be worn below the waist…the bottom edge placed where the bend in your leg is. I found many you tubes on how to use it and the pros and cons. I love it and am ordering a second one to use when this one needs washing.

This belt is comfortable and doesn't ride up, but the velcro is pretty weak. I sometimes just get started with whatever I'm doing and have to stop to put the belt back on after it came loose and fell off. Admittedly, it's a cheap belt, so I'm not too surprised by this. If you aren't sure if an SI belt will help you, this is a good one to start with because it's inexpensive and will allow you to try it without making a major investment. Then you can get a better one if you want. I find the belt hot when working outdoors, but I suppose that's typical of anything that fits tightly around the body. The belt does help if you have SI issues. I just wish it stayed on a little better.

I first bought a back support belt but it didn't provide the support I needed. A found this belt at a good price and it works so well I got a second one. It stabilizes my my hips and has reduced my pain. After two weeks, my mobility has gotten better and now I have less pain.

I bought this belt a few months ago to help with a torn labrum in my hip. It was recommended by my PT and helped tremendously with stability and pain. I used it so much that within a month, the velcro was wearing out and I needed a replacement. When I received the second belt it looked the same but the quality and material is completely different. The new one is cheap and doesn't work at all. Really disappointed- will be looking for another brand.
