SI Belt for Men and Women – Sacroiliac Pelvic Support for Lower Back, Hip, and Sciatica Pain Relief – Adjustable Lumbar Brace for Pelvic Stability, Widened Design (Medium)

Injured my back (tailbone/pelvis connection) by lifting too much. I am 72, and am used to lifting bags of feed, etc. (note to self: Need to slow down a bit as you age!!) Had horrible pain in right hip, going down the right leg all the way to my toes - with a burning sensation on the outside of my calf and foot. Unable to stand for any period of time. Horrible. I tried a waist brace we had, but it wouldn't stay low enough on my back to help. When I shared info with my Chiropractor, he suggested this belt. What a miracle!!!!! The pressure relieved the pain down my leg. Seemed to hold the pelvis/tail bone area together. I felt relief the minute I put it on. In fact, was able to attend an event within a few days where I had to stand all day - no problem!! Have been using for over 8 months now. Ended up purchasing a second one as well, to have when washing the first one. Find if I don't wear all day, the pain would return. Comfortable to wear around lower hip area. Has additional band on each side so you can tighten more, or loosen - to obtain the correct pressure needed. I place mine next to the skin, with underwear over the top. This way you don't need to remove the belt every time you need to go potty. Doesn't seem to irritate the skin at all. Because I wear next to the skin, I've noticed (after 8 months) the rubbery stuff is beginning to come apart. Probably from skin oils. I think that is about what they tell you it will last, and like I said, I wear one every day! I was told it would take about a year for my injury to heal. I tested over the holidays not wearing the brace. I was ok for about a day and a half (with no lifting over 5#), so it is healing - just takes a while, as long as I support it with this brace. I highly recommend!!!! Will be purchasing two more to replace the first one. Thank you, Falcofit!!!!

This SI belt has been a huge help in controlling my SI joint pain and supporting my physical therapy. It provides solid, comfortable support without limiting movement, and I’ve noticed a real improvement in my daily comfort. Sizing tip: the sizes run a little small. I normally wear a small, but the medium fit me perfectly. Overall, this is a great product and I highly recommend it.

This SI belt is good for mild SI pain. It fits well under clothing as it is not bulky. There are convenient tabs at the ends of the straps & the sizing is accurate. It's lightweight & does not have any stiff plastic ribbing. It is for mild support but is good to have on hand when one doesn't want to wear the larger, more bulky SI supports.

Great price and function

I chose this belt because of its width (not too wide), & I liked its ability to Velcro tight & its lower price. It works fine. But what I don’t like I’ve found is the white stripes on the back vs all black as it’s so much more obvious & most importantly allllll the little black dots of rubber that this thing is leaving alllll over the house. Especially on the beige carpeting. At this rate there won’t be much left of this belt before I can stop wearing one. Will not repurchase.

I've had this a few months and I love it. It's wider than the one I bought for $50. at the chiropractor. It's comfortable, adjustable and doesn't ride up. If yours is riding up, you probably have it too high. Room to add an ice pack and able to use on other body parts for that purpose. I also use this higher up on T12 where I have a herniated disc to prevent curvature when sitting. Great support for hips and SI joint/lower back. I have several herniated discs, gractured SI joint and pinched nerves. It won't heal the discs but it sure makes moving easier. Have had no issues with the velcro or mechanisms.of this belt.

This belt works wonders to support a painful sacroilliac. It's easy to use and stays in place.

I've purchased a few of these to test on my patients experiencing SI joint pain. It was inexpensive and the width (height) of the belt was what I typically look for. The material felt too stretchy, and the closure/velcro wasn't as robust as others I have tried. Both of these are likely to limit durability. Despite that, the belt was comfortable and did provide pain relief to those who tried it.
