Not juct a brace but a Ice pack or medicine holder as well!
These are a lifesaver! If you are trying to treat a shoulder injury and need to hold ice pack or poultice with medicine in place all day or all night, then this is the perfect solution! They can be put in place using only you good arm with a little practice.

Provides some support and pain relief.
I have a torn tendon of the supraspinatus muscle in my left shoulder, part of the rotator cuff complex, which will require surgery to repair. While I've been waiting to see the surgeon, and then for insurance to play doctor and finally approve the surgery, I found I needed some support to relieve some of the ache. I tried kinesio tape, but it didn't provide enough support and caused a rash on top of my shoulder. This brace, with some adjustment to personal dimensions, does take up some of the weight of the arm and gives some relief to the shoulder joint. It doesn't restore full motion, of course, but it does help with comfort. It does take some adjusting to get enough support without the neck edge rubbing up against the neck and annoying the wearer.

Great product! Highly recommended!
This is an excellent product! I have inflammation in my rotator cuff. I work in a food manufacturing facility and I need to be able to make adjustments to my brace on the fly. I don’t have time to go to someone to ask them to help me adjust my brace when I’m working on the line. The bicep buckle allows me to do that. Other brands don’t have that. Others say to ask someone else for in putting their brace on. I don’t have time for that! This brace also has Velcro straps up around the shoulder for more support. The whole area is receptive for Velcro. You are not limited by anything and you can tighten it as much as you need to. With other brands, you are limited to the size of the square patch that is Velcro receptive. The rest of the area does not accept Velcro. If you need more support, too bad! You won’t find it here! This shoulder brace is by far the best one on the market. I’ve put it through its paces on the production floor and it has held up amazingly! Highly recommended!

check this out carefully
This brace / support works well and is of high quality materials. The fit is good, and installs somewhat easily. However, there is a design flaw that is rather serious. The strap and buckle assembly at the bottom of the brace was made with the buckle between the arm and body toward the front side, this causes an irritation that is quite uncomfortable, and it's location makes tightening the strap ( Velcro) a challenge. There is no way to relocate the buckle on our unit. This relieves the arm stress, but creates another pain near the armpit.

It works if you use it correctly
I injured my shoulder and, with continued pressure on it on a daily basis due to a physical job, it was getting worse not better. I was recommended to try this product to allow me to continue to work while still getting the support I needed. The first day I wore it, my shoulder actually felt worse when I took it off in the evening to shower. But by the end of the second day, I was already seeing improvement, which has continued day by day. This brace will restrict your range of motion to a degree. I cannot lift anything reasonably heavy above mid-chest height comfortably while wearing it. If you try to move beyond the range of motion that is acceptable for allowing healing, it will move around, ride up and become uncomfortable. If you accept the restricted range of motion, which is a restriction that should be self-imposed to obtain good healing but is difficult to achieve without a physical reminder, it's not overly uncomfortable to wear and does provide good support. The strap can rub a little and I recommend wearing a thin shirt under the brace.

Terribly flawed design leads to unusable product.
The most important thing to know about this brace is that the only thing holding it on to your arm is a velcro strap that goes around your bicep. It's not a sleeve, just a velcro strap that you have to attach. If it pops off, the brace won't work. And it will pop off. Multiple times. Now, I don't have arms like Arnold, but I lift, bro. I am far from the biggest guy in the gym, and the strap barely fits around my bicep. Even worse, the design being velcro means that to hold it on, you have to put it on tight. I mean TIGHT. Like "why are my fingers going numb?" tight. It's uncomfortable. Even worser: velcro does not have great sheer strength. Now, once you have the band around your bicep, and you move, and your bicep moves, guess what kind of force you exert on the velcro? Yup. It pops off. So you finally get the thing adjusted, wear it to the gym, and take a sip of water before your set. Pop. Off goes the brace. Reach under your shirt, reattach and adjust, (and deal with everyone glancing over at the dude contorting himself reaching under his shirt), and then get a set done, and check your phone. Pop. Terrible, unusable product. I had to bin it. Save your money and find something that has a sleeve for your arm.

Torn rotator cuff
Keeps my shoulder immobilized, does bring relief through out the work day , not the most comfortable but I’ll take for the relief it provides me with , very well made come with adjustment strap for men , movement is limited but that is what it’s suppose to do , keep u from straining your self , not the easiest to put on but when u get it figured out it’s not so bad, as far as performance goes , I can do everything I normally do but it limits me from over doing it ,

Not comfortable
The top fits perfect, but when tightening the arm part the hardware cuts into your under arm area really bad, Im a very small women and I got the smallest one and still have to tighten the arm area to fit right, Although it helps my shoulder I get under arm pain from the hardware, just not comfortable at all . And order the ice pack doesn't come with it .
