I put on my feet the first night and when I got up in the morning the pads were black I couldn't believe how much toxins had came out I woke up and my back wasn't as sore the only disappointing thing is the pads don't stick very well I have to put socks on top of them but as days have went on I'm awake much earlier and bit more energy I'm on day 5 and the pads are still black so will keep using them

Am pleased with the results overnight on my feet but found they didn't stick on and stay all night think the adhesive strips should be larger

Yes in morning after sleeping with them the pads were black but they kept falling off like the sticky bit didn’t have enough on it,

Waste of money. Did not stick to feet. Googled product and said no scientist evidence that these work

make sure you stick them on the soles of your feet correctly
These go on the soles of your feet & stay on until you peel them off easy to use & you get a great nights sleep
