Ingredients Tapioca Starch, Water, Corn Starch, Caramel, Guar Gum, Sodium Diacetate, Sodium Dehydoacetate, Artificial Flavor Directions Boil 10 cups of water for 1 cup of tapioca pearls in a large pot. Add tapioca pearls slowly into boiling water and stir lightly. Wait until tapioca pearls float to water surface. Cover the pot. Cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Turn off heat and simmer for another 2-3 minutes (adjust time to soften tapioca to personal preference). Scoop out tapioca pearls and let them rest in cold water for 20 seconds. Scoop out tapioca pearls and place them in a dry bowl. Mix in sugar or honey. These were perfect. You cannot expect any more from home cooked pearls. Absolutely astonishing. Were they easy to cook? Simplicity at its finest. Did they spice up my milk tea? Yes they diddly did. Will I order them again? Just you wait and see. p.s- they came with a newly designed packaging than shown in the photo right now and they look much better.

Great pearls, much better than some of the cheaper brands - nicer texture and actually cook quicker. Now a regular purchase in our house :-)

Deliciosas, igualitas a las que venden con los bubble tea en el comercio. Se preparan en menos de 10 minutos. Eso sí, hay que consumirlas el mismo día (se endurecen si las dejas para el día siguiente). Las recomiendo al 100%.
