Rubber strap hides under your hat. Silky breathable material; not hot even in blazing heat. Especially after you sweat a little bit. I never go hiking without it.

This product is actually solidly made and does the job. The ONLY gripe I have about it, is that it seems to be a tad on the shorter side when it comes to length. When I have it on my baseball cap, the cover barely drapes to the bottom of my neck, and I'm not a tall person nor do I have a long neck. It will cover most of my neck, but it does still expose a little of it to the sun. I think they should make a version that's a couple of inches longer and this would be a perfect product. So for you guys that are taller or have longer necks, I don't think it would give you proper coverage. But overall, a good product and I would certainly buy it again. Please make a longer version though.

I've bought a LOT of sun protection devices for the face. I have buffs, hats, balaclava style masks, and scarves. This is the best one so far. I've bough several because I like to have spares! I don't want to be without it. 5 stars because its 1. easy to put on and remove 2. easy to breathe while wearing 3. easy to wasy 4. it works 5. easy to pack for trips. This is good for people who want extra protection for the face, like those with melasma. I don't need it on the back of my neck, so I haven't tried it as a neck protector.

This is a fantastic product! This is the newer style neck & face shield. I had the older one which was shorter, & I loved it. This newer one is longer & creates more coverage onto my neck & chest/back.I wear this as a face mask mainly. I like it because it drapes off my nose & doesn't push into my mouth, but still is close enough to protect others. I do also have the CoolNES facemask that they just came out with, & that has a little more protection as there are added layers, along with a pocket for an insert filter paper. The neck/face shield product is very minimal, but made of quality materials & well constructed.It works great in the heat to give me sun protection. I've also used this while skiing, & it's not the warmest/windproof, but on a mild to warm day it is perfect.I'm glad these are back in stock, I ended up buying 7 of them, plus a couple of face masks!

I purchased a black Coolnes Neck or Face Sun Mask, which arrived last week. I really like the ability to soak it with cold water and enjoy the evaporative cooling effect. In fact, I liked it so much that I just purchase 3 more (red, green and & blue). The only tweak I would like to see in this product -- a slightly longer skirt so it covers my neck when I wear a crew neck tennis shirt. Great job guys!

With the COVID-9 epidemic, I purchased five different products from CoolNES. These products were for family members ranging from 20 to 60. On one occasion I needed additional head straps that were not available on line. I contacted CoolNES and David sent me additional straps, with no hesitation, simply to to ensure that I had adequate head straps... He did not even charge me for the head straps which I was more than willing to pay for.On a second occasion, I contacted Coolness to by larger straps that go with the masks that are attached to a hat. They did not have the head straps in stock. David wrote back to me within one day and again sent me additional straps at no charge which was so unexpected.In both situations, David made sure his customers had the products they needed. This company is awesome. I not only use this product for COVID, I use them for deep sea fishing purposes.... I will not buy products from any other vendor.You will never go wrong with purchasing a product from CoolNES... their customer service is excellent, products are excellent quality, and they stand behind their product .....what else can you ask for?June Long

Where I live if I can't make it out to run early but later in the day that Sun is just burning up the back of my neck and ears. Since I been running with my new Coolnes I have noticed my skin on the back of my neck isn't feeling like it burnt after a run at 12 noon. I also got a 2nd one for my face when I ride on the Bosque because I was riding at the cotton from the cottonwood trees kept blowing into mouth and up my nose. My Coolness will help with that and keep the sun from burning my face. Coolness is a Cool Protection for all outdoor sports.

So worth it!! It save me from the painful sunburn from the beach!! I recently work the Long beach Grand prix and it lasted on the entire time I work there (3 days) I Love it!! Extremely recommended to those who like to be outdoors while working or enjoying time in the hiking trails. It has good coverage and fits any ball caps. Overall a very good product. I will be buying others like these in the future for my self and my husband.

The product could be a bit longer to comfortably cover my whole next while doing exercise.

Ya lo he utilizado en una carrera de mas de 3 horas en la que hacia bastante sol y en general estoy contento. Es muy ligero y comodo, pero aunque me cubre bien los laterales de la cara y también parte del cuello, a mi me habria gustado que fuese un poco mas largo y ancho (para que todo el cuello quedase pefectamente cubierto aunque haga un poco de aire). La pieza que sirve para sujetarse en la gorra podria ser diferente (quizas una pieza elastica negra).
