Shocked at how strong this little unit is! And really effective!
I was in a car accident 2 months ago and found that the EMS/TENS therapy at the PT clinic really helped stop muscle spasms in my shoulder that caused a lot of pain. So I bought this little unit for home, expecting it to be pretty wimpy. Boy was I wrong about that! At PT I have them turn it all the way up, but with this portable unit, I can't can't get anywhere near the highest setting. Though I do think it's not quite as strong when you use all 4 pads. I usually use 2 pads and then if I need help in another area, I move the 2 pads and do another 20 or 30 minutes. I had to play around with the settings, and ended up in DIY mode with it set at a rate of 14, pulse at 240, and cycle at 30. That gave me the closest experience to continuous stimulation I could get to. Though there are probably other ways to get the same experience. Then I tried it out on my husband who has bad knees from years of construction work. I really didn't expect this little zapper to help him at all. But to our happy surprise, his knee pain went away. He was still stiff if he didn't bend the knee for a while, but the pain went away! I loved it so much I got one for my daughter whose partner has excruciating back spasms. Waiting to hear back from them now. I may end up buying a third unit so I can keep one in the house and one in my office. I do recommend buying extra pads because you are going to want to share this great little therapy box with others.

Versatile and Effective TENS and EMS Unit
This 4-in-1 device has been very useful for managing muscle pain and tension. It offers TENS, EMS, massage, and DIY modes, giving a lot of flexibility depending on what I need. The dual channels let me treat two areas at once, and the 12 electrode pads are a good bonus. It’s easy to use, rechargeable, and feels sturdy. A practical and reliable tool for at-home pain relief and muscle recovery.

Massage Muscle Stimulator
I had no trouble putting it together; the box came with a full twelve electrode pads, and the directions were easy to understand, so I was able to get started without any misunderstanding. It is my opinion that the dual-channel capability is very helpful since it enables me to concurrently target two separate locations, such as my shoulders and my lower back. I am able to tailor each session to my particular requirements on any given day thanks to the massage and muscle stimulation alternatives that are available to me. For instance, I utilize the Electronic Muscle Stimulation (EMS) mode to assist in the rehabilitation of my muscles after a strenuous exercise. On days when I am experiencing general pain, the massage mode offers me comfortable respite. My ability to fine-tune the experience to what is comfortable for me is made possible by the fact that the intensity levels are extremely customizable. On the other hand, I have had negative experiences in the past with devices that are comparable to this one, where the battery life was disappointing. However, the fact that this device can be recharged came as a great surprise to me. It has a good capacity for holding a charge, and it can be used for a number of sessions before it has to be recharged. This is not only handy, but it also saves me money since I don't have to continually purchase batteries.

Decent
It is a good TENS machine. The massage works the best tbh. It is kind of temperamental, I've had it turn one or both channels off randomly. Or if you are trying to find the right setting, it will start, stop and reset itself. It's not all the time but still could do without that.

Great for pain relief
I’ve tried a few TENS units before, but this one really stands out. The 4-in-1 DIY design with dual channels gives me full control over how I manage muscle tension and pain. Being able to customize the settings and switch between modes so easily has made a huge difference in my recovery routine. The advanced electrode pads are super comfortable and skin-friendly, and I love that they’re reusable. They stay in place well and deliver consistent relief without irritation. The device’s sleek, user-friendly interface makes operation completely hassle-free—even for someone new to EMS units. Another big plus is the built-in rechargeable battery. No more scrambling for replacements! It lasts a long time on a single charge, which is perfect for regular use. The complete kit has everything I needed right out of the box—TENS unit, wires, pads, and even a pouch for storage. It’s clearly designed with convenience in mind. Not really sure or convinced yet it’s worth the extra cost of some of the other units.

Battery life
The battery is rechargeable and does not last much, only a few days of constant use. Had other units with regular batteries which lasted much longer. It is also more costly than other brands.

Lots of different options on settings.
I got this unit for my mom because she wouldn’t stop using my TENS! It was a little difficult at first to figure out all the settings, but now she knows exactly how to use it and what settings she likes the best. I like the fact that you can do both right and left at the same time. She was able to buy replacement pads very easily to fit this machine. She actually carries it around in her purse all the time in case she needs to use it. Once my tens unit dies, I will be purchasing one myself.
