Great and smooth cover
The quality of the pillow cover is very good. It is a very durable material and very soft to sleep on. Definitely recommended at this price point. The texture is also so smooth and very nice to sleep on.

Perfect Sleeping Buddy !!
I have tried multiple pillows ranging from 1.5k to 3k but it always has either firmness issue or smelling form. Even i had the same feeling when i ordered this. But this product proved me wrong. Its perfect height, proper firmness and softness, no smell or odour. No neck pain after using this. Packing was in a plastic bag and not in box. Weight is normal and value for money. Design is good and i choose grey colour bcoz I don’t want the traditional white. And the cover feels premium as well. I must tell you to buy this brand. Instead of trying others which offer discounts. Just remember the more you see the ads the more the product is fake. Trust me and go for this ! This is a good brand. I got this in offer for 1200/- for a standard size medium firmness. I am writing this review after 1 week of use. I am satisfied .

Its soft in firmness & not medium firm
The pillow is good in quality material with outer zipper cover.Only the firmness is like too soft instead of medium firm as informed.& Thickness looks like 2 inch approximately.Good thing is that it has almost flat surface instead of curved one.

Very bad quality , received in rolled packing . Not recommended for future purchase . The tag was missing while delivery due to poor packing . Not able to return due to missing tag & Invoice .
