User friendly just small hand held switch with digital settings timer to 30 min per pop. I got smaller one and size is nice for every day and to bring on the road. I use it for everything really from head aches to sore muscles to put over wounds to help healing. I’d like to think that with longer use it helps a lot more but I think it helps with circulation but it does relax muscles for sure. Also works as decent heating pad. Neoprene used for this pad is heavy in smell when you first start using it however after a while it does air out but it would be nice if it was odor free. Much healthier experience if you’re sensitive which I am.

Have attached this to the back of the PC chair. It's good sized with easy controls.I hope this works. My neck and back need pain relief. Kind of pricey but I've spent thousands on other treatments over the last decade.

This thing works great provides heat light. My back feels so much better.

Super bummed to be writing this. I was so excited to get this panel and use it. Unfortunately, I missed the return date. I've only used this a dozen or so times and at first it seemed great. The size and the portability is awsome. At first the heat was almost too much, now I am barely getting any heat from the same setting use prior. About 1/4 of the lights are not working. Looks like this is a frequently returned item, it was not noted as such when I bought it.

Purchased 2- actually 3 - I use them every other day.

Size is the biggest plus. Down side, not FDA approved, does not emit any heat at all, Using at highest setting caused very unpleasant and unexpected side effects. Not the same as previously used Neurocare Pro.

Opening the box, the strong synthetic smell was obvious. It was too strong! It smelled like a rubber car tire. So I let it off gas a few days. It improved slightly. I tried the pad anyway and in one day I felt a lot more energy. So I like the lights part of it. But I gave it 3 stars for the bad smell. Else i would've given it 5 stars. Would an American product have smelled better, or had no smell? I wish I knew.
