It does have a mild cooling effect due to the product ingredients, so it is good if anyone struggles with a very irritating itchy scalp . With one single use i can say ALL of my flakes are gone .

It's hard to tell if something like this "works." What I can say is that it's easy to apply and it feels nice to use it as a scalp exfoliator. I use it before I shampoo, and it's just a nice little scrub before I get into the rest of my hair care routine. I'm pleased with it and will continue to use it.

When I first got this, it delivered with a cut in the packaging. They returned it and sent me a new one right away. After using this (along with the shampoo & conditioner oily scalp line) I have noticed a big change of my hair. The "oiliness" has gone way down and my hair looks much healthy. I have been using Moroccan oil for years and this one is a new favorite

I love this stuff. I use it once a week on my wash before work. It really helps to loosen the oil and keep my roots voluminous all week despite the product I use to combat frizz.
