Great vac/mop robot
If you have pets, this little robot vac/mop combo is amazing. I have to say I am very pleased with its cleaning ability, the easy setup using the app and the noise level. It’s quieter than most vacuums except for the few seconds it takes cleaning the system. I have tile and wood floors with rugs and have had no issues with the robot cleaning everything or sensing the difference. Can’t speak about the life of the product yet as I’ve only had it about a month. As of now, I would definitely buy again.

Beyond expectations!
I'm a tech research fanatic. Before I spend more than 10 dollars, I research the company, the product and if unsatisfied upon finally receiving the product, I send it back with honest feedback. We have a lower-priced robot vacuum that we have been using for a couple of years. We were more than happy with that one. It bounced around the house randomly vacuuming and kept our house pretty dog hair-free! Then we'd change the tank and we'd have it mop every couple of weeks or so and it did a fairly good job at that too. Never had a complaint. My mother wanted to give us a gift this past Christmas that made our life easier. One of us has cancer and it had become increasingly difficult to keep up with house chores with all the travel, the chemo appointments that were 3 states away and balancing a career on top of food shopping, doctors appointments and the list unfortunately goes on. I knew what I wanted because I was so impressed with the less-featured robot vac that we currently had and how it gave me back some time for other things. It still required managing while it was running, but so inspired me to research more featured units. My extensive research compared the Eufy Omni X10 with other much more expensive models. The review videos I saw online and magazine reviews I read occasionally had this model as a contender. Sweeping and mopping a 3000-square-foot home takes a lot of time. With that challenge also comes the age of the house. The transitions between older rooms and renovated rooms were a major obstacle for our current robot vac and mop, as well as having various-sized carpets on a parquet wood floor. It got stuck everywhere. The house constantly needed vacuuming and some of it needs vacuuming and mopping fairly frequently. Daunting for a machine to handle? Not this one...I am continually amazed by the precise cleaning this little robot does. Upon initial setup, it took itself on a tour of our entire house (unaided by me) and mapped the house perfectly. I then went in and named the rooms and chose an easily customizable routine to do a food cleanup in our kitchen every night after dinner; it wakes up at 9 PM, heads to the kitchen and vacs and mops the whole floor, even has a setting to mop the edge which, takes a little longer, but impresses me. I now just sweep all the counter crumbs and bits and pieces of small food prep right onto the floor and walk away. I also have an every other day program that vaccuums some rooms, and both vac and mops other rooms. Bathrooms, I have it clean twice every other day. The unit knows when I've moved furniture and is able to go back and forth during it's cleaning cycle to empty the dust bag. clean it's mop heads, dry them off, get a little charge and head back to where it left off. I also have 2 Jack Russells who shed a lot and get their dirty little paws on everything. The bot takes care of their little (filthy muddy) paw marks and the hair too. I never see it. The only thing you need to do is take care of filling it with fresh water (and cleaning solution that you can buy separately from Eufy) and empty the dust bag and dirty water tank when it tells you. When the bot empties itself, it's about as loud as a normal vac so, I have it clean in the daytime so it doesn't interrupt sleeping. I also diligently clean the dirty mop tank and the tray the bot sits on in the home base. It's the least I can do for something that has given me back hours each week to enjoy with my spouse. I don't give 5 stars easily to any product. But I can't recommend anything more strongly than this very smart little vac/mop bot. As always, order replacement items when you buy it, get an extended warranty and take care of it to ensure a long lifespan. This is a great product. Now, if we only had a drone duster bot that could also do windows. I'm sure it's coming and when it comes to housework, I'll get that as well.

Great little vacuum and fantastic customer service
We purchased this vacuum, Eufy x10 Pro Omni, for a house gift to ourselves for Christmas. We ordered it on Cyber Monday and didn't receive it until December 24th. No problem, thankfully we had a friend that remained in town and was able to go to our house on Christmas eve and place it in our garage. I started using the vacuum on Friday the 27th, 9 days ago and I have been running it through all the functions and everything I can to see if it has any issues or if it doesn't meet my expectations so I can return it if there are any issues. Before trying to use the vacuum, I watched all the videos and read as much material as I could on setting it up and mapping the home. After feeling comfortable about setting it up I started to set it up to map the house, following instructions in the manual I downloaded. Everything went pretty well and it seem to map out the rooms very well. I noticed if you have curtains that hang to the floor this will cause the vacuum to drive around the curtains and not get close to the wall. Also if you have a bed skirt around the bed it will not go through it to get under the bed. This prevents the vacuum from going under the bed to clean. Before we clean the rooms we pull this up and tuck it in so it will clean under the bed and I roll the curtains up so it will get closer to the wall. I have tried every command and different levels to vacuum different rooms, vacuum and mop bathrooms and the kitchen. The vacuum works very well and I like how it will self-empty at the time intervals I have set it at. For tile it mops and cleans very well with no streaks. Our hardwood floor it cleans it very well however, it leaves swirling marks as well as tire pattern marks from the wheels. I have tried different water levels and trying to clean twice. I do like that the vacuum washes the mops and then dry's the mop heads, so they don't begin to smell. Great feature. When it self-cleans, after vacuuming, it is pretty loud. I think this is because it needs a great deal of suction to clean out the vacuum and deposit it in the bag. This is not an issue if the base is in a different room away from locations you use to relax or watch TV. Even then, it's no problem because it only lasts a few seconds and you can run it when you're not home. I have tried every scenario this vacuum has to offer and it has worked very well and I have been pleased up until last night. Day 8 of testing. For some reason the task of cleaning or emptying the tray for dirty water does not work anymore. I looked up how to troubleshoot this problem and have done everything, several times, that was in two or three troubleshooting guides, video and written. I cleaned everything even though nothing was dirty, since we have only had this vacuum for 8 days, before this issue. See the picture of the water in the tray and how clean it is. Not a dirt or dirty tray issue. I have checked rubber seals, blown soft air through the lines with no issues of blockage. Filters are all clean and brand new. I've been working on this issue for three hours now trying everything and chatting with Eufy, sending Eufy an email explaining the issue with uploaded videos showing all the parts and me going through the steps they requested to fix the problem. I can't call them because they are not open until Monday and as usual, nothing goes wrong until the weekend. At this point I am at a standstill until I can troubleshoot the problem with an actual person. I will update this review once I go through this process and will explain the solution. If, there is one other than replacing the unit. More to come on this. Up until this issue started this vacuum has worked exceptionally well. I highly recommend if you purchase this vacuum to take the time to run it through every scenario, as I have, to make sure it has no bugs and/or that it meets your expectations. At this point I would recommend it to a buyer with caution. This is a very sophisticated piece of equipment that, in my opinion, has a lot of things that could go wrong. Things that even the best handyman won't be able to fix. This day and age, appliances with electronics and all the bells and whistles fail quite regularly and require expensive circuit boards and electronics to repair them. Not to mention the cost for the repair person to do it if you are unable. I recommend purchasing the extended warranty. If not, run this thing every which way to Sunday before the 30-day return expires and then hope nothing fails, especially on a weekend, after the warranty has expired. More to come on this. Update. Eufy emailed me a return label and instructions to send back the base not the rob vac. I had saved the original box therefore, sending it back was not a problem. It took over a week to get a replacement base. I contacted Eufy per my concerns of this elapsed time were I was not able to continue testing the vacuum and its features within the 31 day timeframe for a full refund. They assured me they would extend this date by two weeks. I received the new base shortly after a week. When I returned the base I sent in the cord to the unit and left the vacuum bag installed. When I received the new base it was missing the cord and did not have a vacuum bag. I contacted Eufy and they assured me a cord and a pack of vacuum bags would be shipped. It’s been now almost one more week and I have yet to receive the shipment. For two weeks I haven’t been able to use the vacuum. Eufy did issue me a number to receive two wash pads for free. I had to go to a site through a link emailed to me and enter the code. Problem is, the code covered $10.00 of $12.00 cost do I had to pay $2.00. I contacted Eufy and they said they would reimburse me the $2.00 however, I would have to wait until I receive the pads and then I would need to contact them at such time. Now I’m waiting for the cord, vacuum bags and wash pads. Sorry this review has turned into a novel. I just want to put everything out there to help others to decide on a purchase. As for the vacuum and what I have experienced, while I was able to use it, I am very pleased with the results. Received the new base and everything has worked exceptionally well. Whenever I send the support or customer service an email or a question they always respond immediately with an answer. This unit I would recommend to anybody who has animals. I’ve not had a problem with dog hair tangling in the brush. If someone in the family has long hair that will get tangled in the brush. Great little mid price vacuum fantastic customer service.

One year in- DONT DO IT :(
ONE YEAR IN REVIEW I have mixed thoughts because I really like it, the app is great, it cleans great. I’ve stayed on-top of all the maintenance the app has asked me to do and found replacement parts here and there as needed. I have it run everyday and it does a great job, works about as good as I could have imagined in terms of cleaning. Unfortunately exactly one year after purchasing it, 6 days after the one year warranty expired, I started having issues. For about a week I got the same error of “roller brush stuck”. I cleaned the brush, paid for replacement parts, followed every trouble shooting suggestion in the app, same error. Contacted support and did everything they told me to do in terms of trouble shooting. On Reddit I learned this is a common problem and probably from a motor issue. Worked with support for a few weeks and eventually they offered to repair it for me, even though it was a few days over the warranty. Super stoked with that. But had the weirdest interaction with the support people, felt like I was dealing with some like 3rd party questionable service, just not the interactions I expected for such a “high end” expensive product. Contacted them through the app, got an email response and they sent me a shipping label. I packed it up very well, wrapped it up, and sent it off for repair. Like two weeks later get it back on my doorstep, in the same box I sent it in, but all squished. Vacuum just set ontop of the same bubble wrap I sent it in, but like not wrapped or protected . Device was clearly beat up, everything in the box was wet and there were random parts scattered throughout the box and a panel missing from the top of the vacuum that wasn’t even in the box. Also just realized MULTIPLE parts are missing. I’m not only missing a random panel, but also a brush guard, filter and dust bin, all pieces that I sent in. I literally feel like I got scammed. So confused and disappointed. For like a $900 vacuum and only one year out, I’m disappointed to have had such a major issue so quickly and to have such an unprofessional experience with the service group. I’ve never seen something packed so poorly and was shocked, like actually dumbfounded to have found that parts are missing and like such an obvious one too, literally the panel on-top, I noticed it before the box was even open all the way. I couldn’t tell you if it worked or not because with exposed wiring and chips from the missing panel plus all the other missing parts, it literally cannot be used, it’s useless. No idea what to do now besides pray they sent me parts or just replace the thing. UPDATE: 40 something emails later I finally begged someone to send me a new device. Their original suggestion was for me to buy all the replacement parts they took and they would refund me 15% back, ridiculous in my opinion, but I literally cannot buy the most important part, the top panel that was stolen, it’s not something they sell. The “new” device they finally sent me was all scratched up with dirt, gravel, kitty litter and cat food scattered throughout the packaging. The vacuum was literally covered in the gravel and all scratched up. Clearly a returned device that was sent back dirty and no one cleaned it up before sending it to me. I thought it was all cleanable but the scratches were deep and one is right over the camera. I asked if I could exchange it and was literally told I should be grateful they sent me anything and they wouldn’t help me anymore… The customer service is so bad it’s just not worth it, get something else, save yourselves the struggle. Because of all this, I wouldn’t recommend this product. For the price, I’d expect it to last more than a year without a major repair issue needed (replacing the motor) and I’d expect better customer service and a better warranty. Stay away, it’s too expensive and too risky :(

Great vacuum for 3 cats!
I wanted to give it a few months of the vacuum to do its work before writing a review. We have 3 cats and we previously had a Shark robotic vacuum that we had since about 2020(ish). Loved that thing but it came to a horrid end after one of my cats got locked out from his litter box. I came home (after a 12 hour shift) to feces and urine smeared EVERYWHERE. After I viciously cleaned my house with bleach while angrily crying until my nostril hairs were burnt away, I went on the search for a new vacuum cleaner since this one could not be cleaned properly (it got into every known crevice and destroyed the motherboard 🫣) and I came across this vacuum. After a long debate with Chat GPT on which one would fit our household, we decided it was time to go from a regular robot vacuum to a vacuum/mop robot. We received it fairly quick and the set up process was pretty easy. I absolutely LOVE that the buttons have a child lock mode since one of our cats likes to sit on it and press buttons (he would sit on and turn on the shark one just to ride around on it so you can imagine he is disappointed that he no longer has free rides whenever he wants). I also love the different functions the app has so if I want it to mainly vacuum and only mop every once in a while, or do both vacuum and mop daily, or have the AI do its thing, I am covered and can change the schedule pretty easily. It also has different suction speeds and how much water gets dispensed for mopping (such as light mopping or heavy duty mopping). We have a 2400 sq ft 2 story house and this lives downstairs, I haven’t had issues with its battery depleting too quickly which is nice. It does have a camera (and surprisingly a flash light when it goes in dark places!) in the front so it can avoid things without ramming itself into said items causing mass mayhem for me later. It’s fairly quiet compared to the Shark vacuum BUT it gets real loud when emptying itself out temporarily. I had no idea these have little vacuum bags (the shark one had a dust bin you just emptied out) so we went on the website and saw that these little tiny bags are pricy. Did a quick search (and help from chat gpt) and found some for cheaper in a different brand. As for the mop solution we just use Odoban no rinse floor cleaner since it works with robotic mops and it’s a fraction of the cost of what their website has. It says use 5 oz when filling up the tank but I just do a couple of long splashes. TLDR: works great for a household of 2 adults, one preteen, and 3 cats (one hairless, one regular shedding, one massive shedding) Use off brand vacuum bags and odoban no rinse floor cleaner for cheaper upkeep. Only reason why it’s missing a star is because of the price of the bags and solution. It came with a bag but didn’t come with solution which I wasn’t aware of prior to purchasing. Other than that, works really well and keeps my floors nice and clean!!

Highly recommend, great bang for your buck!
I love, LOVE, LOVE MY GIRL ROSEY the Eufy robovac - of course she’s named. It’s been a few months now and I use her at least 1-2 times a week, maybe more for spot cleaning. I did a ton of research before selecting the which brand and which model to invest in- I didn’t want to end up spending a couple hundred dollars just to have the thing die on me in a few months! I’m so happy with this Eufy robovac. This vacuum turned me into a loyal customer as I have purchase some of their security products too. I don’t have any pets, but I have (messy eater) kids, a mix of (mostly) hardwood floors, area rugs and medium mile carpet in our finished basement. Three floors to vacuum, two split stair cases and two landings- about 4000+ sq footage overall. Vacuuming before Rosey would take up most of my day- I hated it, I’m a working mom that wants to spend her days off having fun with her family, not devote an entire day to vacuuming. Thanks to Rosey, my vacuuming it’s cut down to about a third of the time it use to cost me. Performance- I find that on my main floor (which is mostly hardwood) I’ll have to run her one to two times to get the whole floor (she’s run in Standard mode). The main floor consists of an open concept living room/dining room/kitchen (with area rugs), long hallway, full bath and a bedroom. She does great on the area rugs, I was so surprised and pleased to see how she gets over them with ease. I only have one floor vent cover she has trouble with (the vent toggle is raised higher than my other vent covers) so I line it magnet strips and it’s no longer an issue. Our downstairs basement has medium pile carpet and is pretty big so I may have to run her 2-3 times since the run time is less on the carpet settings (Boost IQ or Max settings) with higher suction. She does a pretty great job at edging as well. I work from home and can be on the phone a lot, while she isn't the quietest thing, she's definitely quiet enough where I'm still able to take and make calls without an issue. If she gets stuck she'll let you know via beeping or via app notification if you have the app. She had an edging mode, timed mode, spot clean mode in addition to auto. I broke a ceramic bowl today which was cleaned up within minutes via the spot clean mode and now I don’t have to worry about little shards leftover that could hurt bare feet. I do not let her vacuum any rooms that have high pile area rugs or area rugs that have tassels as mentioned in the manual. Battery life- even after a few months of owning the vacuum I have not experienced a decline in battery life. She runs in line with the listed 100 minutes of run time in normal setting. When it comes to carpet, the boost IQ or max mode have less run time since they take up more battery power (between 45-50 min). App, accessories, ease of use- Eufy home app is great and easy to use, love that I can change her mode or power, control her direction and send her home from my phone (or the remote supplied). I love the little dual action tool supplied to cut through wrapped around hair/dust tangles on the brushes and a comb lint remover (why don’t all vacuums come with this in general??), you get a few extra supplies as well. Removing and cleaning any of the brush arrangements and dirt container/tank is super easy. Magnet strips- I’ve laid down the magnet strips (via the adhesives provided) supplied under higher furniture she can get stuck under and it’s tucked away where it’s just outside of view. I don’t want these to live on my floor in plain sign so I end up taking out/using the magnet strips I cut for stairs, ledges and doorways only when she’s in use. I tend to block the area with something sturdy so she can’t move the strips since I don’t adhere them to the floor. Don’t expect her to do all your vacuuming, that’s not a realistic expectation to have to with this vacuum (or most robovacs). Of course she’s going to miss spots here or there, and there just might be some areas she cant get into. Read the manual, get comfortable with what she can do and you’ll be on your way to a lot less vacuuming! Overall, I'm super happy with my purchase and this brand.

I love this vacuum.
This is my 5th robot vacuum that I've had over the years and though it is not perfect, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. I'm not sure if I can mention names of other companies but this app and vacuum in general are so much more refined than anything I've had. I got used to finding robot vacuums or them not charging well and never using them to mop because of the hassle and inefficiency of it all. Setup was simple and seamless. The mapping is miles ahead of my previous supposedly great vacuums. Dividing and managing rooms actually works as it should and the schedule is very customizable. At the moment I have it clean my main floor everyday with the smart clean and a deep clean with extra water twice a week. I don't need to have it clean so much but I love to have it done. I also bring it upstairs twice a week and it will mop and clean there as well. The battery always gets the job done but does need to recharge during the deep cleans. I don't care if it needed to charge 5 times as long as it gets the job done. My hardwood, tile floor and carpets are amazingly clean. I was worried that this vacuum would over avoid things and leave areas unclean but this is not a problem at all. It cleans, rarely gets stuck at all and squeezes in and out of tight spots when I was sure that it would need my help. After weeks of using it, it has ran over one small USB cable, got a thumb tack stuck in the roller which was my fault and had a penny jam the base dust suction which was also my fault. It cleaned around my Christmas tree and after a few cleans there were no pine needles in sight. My manual vacuum barely could do that job. The mopping is one of my favorite features of this vacuum. I got tired of mopping all the time and this was one of the big reasons I decided to buy this vacuum along with hoping to not have to find my stuck vacuums anymore. I especially love how clean my tile and wood floors are now. I have it set to go back and clean the mops every 15 minutes. My two downsides to this vacuum are both in the mopping department as well. If I could change one thing about this vacuum, I would add a swinging arm for the mop pad that other robot vacuums have. It does not get close enough around my island even with the edge mopping on and there is a tiny strip, less than a quarter of an inch around my walls that I can now see since the rest of my floors are so clean. My plan is to do a quick wipe around the edges with a rag. I can do something right? My other gripe is changing the water which I don't love doing but has to be done no matter what vacuum I chose. It tells me when to do it and I do it right away. If I had to do it over, I would without a doubt purchase this exact vacuum again. It wasn't too expensive, especially with a payment plan. The arm doesn't swing but my house is 10 times cleaner and this vacuum is 100 times more reliable than any vacuum I've dealt with. I know what it will do and I trust that it will do it. It was a great purchase and worth every penny that I spent for it. This is my new favorite purchase for my house. If you are on the fence about this vacuum I would say buy it.

Not for homes with rugs
After a decade of owning robot vacuums from "that other brand", I was ready to switch things up and try out some of the new tech I'd been seeing from reviews on YT and the latest consumer electronics show. Many reviews led me to the eufy x10 Pro Omni with its long list of features that I was looking for. However, I realize now that none of the reviewers really tested it in the conditions that exist in my home. After about 6 months of use, I'd say this vacuum is extremely middle of the road. Its features work but they aren't fantastic, so unless you're finding this on a really good sale, I'd keep looking. If you have no rugs at all, it might be fantastic for you, but steer clear if you have any rugs in your home. Some issues that I've had with the vacuum: - It absolutely cannot handle rugs. It might work well on plastic-backed rugs but we have several woven rugs and it's constantly getting stuck on them. The issue is that it won't edge detect and vacuum/mop along the edge of a rug. Instead it tries to zig zag up and down, on and off the rug, pulling up the mop pads every 2 seconds and then putting them back down. It's the silliest thing I've ever seen a robot vacuum do. It results in horrible cleaning and often causes the edge of the rug to flip up. I'm not going to go around my entire 10x12 rug with tape, and my previous robot vacuum had no issues at all with woven rugs. - More rug woes: If you have a rug close to a wall or piece of furniture (for instance, a hall runner), it will get stuck half off the rug facing the wall and not be able to back up because the mop pads are off the edge and when it tries to back up they catch the edge of the rug, it senses resistance, and stops. - The auto empty feature for the vacuum is only able to be set by a time schedule, not a sensor (i.e. it empties itself after every 15 or 30 minutes of vacuuming rather than when the dust bin is full). I've read that another company owns the patent for the sensing technology, so this may be a similar feature on other brands, but it's rather annoying. - When we bought it, one of the features was that you could get pictures of objects detected while the robot was roaming around the house. It was really handy because you could see if a) the robot detected an object correctly and b) what you might want to find and move before the next cleaning. After about a month they disabled that feature in the app so now you get object detection but no pictures. Frustrating that they pulled a bait and switch after purchase. - You can set no-zones to keep the vacuum from getting stuck in the same area over and over (such as tight spaces it can't back out of, or areas with electrical cords) but they are not precise enough. In my experience it won't go within 2 feet of the boundary you set, so you're missing a lot of cleaning area there. - Our base station stopped auto emptying and we were never notified that there was a problem. It was only when I ran it to clean up a specific area that I noticed it wasn't picking up the dirt and found the onboard bin completely full. I used the app to send it home and manually told it to empty and it went home but the self emptying would not run. It's odd that the robot talks to tell you everything it's doing but doesn't tell you when it can't empty. We never could figure out what caused it to stop emptying but thankfully we got it working again with a reset. Edit March 2025: they recently updated the software/app pretty significantly and the vacuum is doing a much better job with rugs. This week it cleaned my whole house without getting stuck a single time, which is a massive improvement. I’m glad to see their product team taking reviews seriously and making big improvements! There’s still a weird thing where if the vacuum runs over something (say a cat toy) and it gets stuck in the roller brush, there’s no way to resume the current job once you’ve cleared the item from the roller brush. You have to power it down, turn it back on, and set a new cleaning task. Hopefully they’ll fix that soon too.
