Having a medium tan complexion, it is difficult to find sunscreens that do not leave a white cast. This one does not change my skin color. It is also moisturizing, but does not feel like a heavy coating on my face. My powder and liquid foundations work well over top. Love that it has no scent. I reach for it regularly and even reapply over makeup. Often out of stock. i can see why.

Been trying to find a sunscreen for my face and so glad I found this one! Does not have a strong smell, it doesn’t leave a greasy residue either. Not heavy, you don’t even realize you put anything on your face! I’m outside a lot and have yet to get burnt, this stuff works very well.

I love this sunscreen. It feels so moisturizing and makes my skin glow! It doesn't leave a white cast on my face, but I will say that it is just a little bit on the oily side. I think that's just because I have oily skin, though. I would highly reccomend! I'm using this til the very last drop.

Honest review from a Hispanic person with oily skin type - I was hoping and praying this product lived up to its promise about not leaving white cast and blending seamlessly into the skin, no greasy feeling, etc. perhaps this may be true to those with a far lighter complexion and dry skin type. But for me, it definitely feels greasy, and does leave a white cast. Regardless of how much I try to blend it in and make sure it’s fully absorbed, it feels greasy and can tell I have sunscreen on. It smells like sunscreen too, just like American products, but the smell isn’t as nearly as strong. I know the product is made very well though! Ingredients are top notch, but unfortunately for me, the white cast will probably always be an issue and I think those with darker complexion will always have this issue.

OMG the best sunblock I’ve ever had, it protects my skins but also leave my face soft, and doesnt feel heavy or with that sticky feeling at all. I really want to try the new one with color to see how is like!

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing this.The tube shown on the left with the white cap is one of many tubes that I have purchased from the TikTok shop, which was selling from retailers of the legitimate Original Beauty of Joseon sunblock with NO white cast, NO sunblock taste or smell, and amazingly lightweight yet perfectly moisturizing, NO pilling, and perfect alone OR under makeup, and can even use around my sensitive eyes… blows away ANY other drugstore OR high end sunblock and I’ve tried so many!!!The formula they are selling on Amazon is COMPLETELY different… With that horrible sunblock smell and taste, burning my eyes, and a very greasy, shiny, heavy finish, not fresh and dewy like the original.I went on ChatGPT to ask why they’re not selling the original true Korean formula on Amazon and this is what it said:“It’s possible that Beauty of Joseon has chosen to sell different versions of their products on various platforms for strategic reasons. They may offer a different formulation on Amazon to appeal to a broader audience, or there could be distribution agreements that limit which products can be sold through specific channels. Additionally, regulatory or ingredient-related restrictions might affect availability, and it’s also possible they are testing market preferences for different versions of their sunblock. For their original sunblock, you might need to purchase directly from their website or other authorized retailers.”I really hope that in the future Beauty of Joseon decides to sell the original formula on Amazon because I don’t like having to wait a week or so like when I buy it from other retailers, but I will gladly stock up/wait longer for delivery rather than ever get this formula again. Immediately returned…so disappointed. ☹️

This sunscreen is so good. I’ve tried a bunch of different ones and they’re either greasy, break me out, or leave a white cast—this one does none of that. It goes on like a lightweight moisturizer, sinks in super fast, and leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated, not oily.No white cast at all, and it doesn’t mess with my makeup either. It also doesn’t sting my eyes (huge win if you’ve ever teared up from sunscreen before lol).Honestly, it just feels really gentle and calming—perfect for everyday use. It’s become part of my morning routine and I’m obsessed.If you’re into K-beauty or just want a sunscreen that doesn’t suck, this is it.

My favorite sun screen. No white cast, feels so moisturizing and it doesn’t break me out. On my 2nd bottle of it already.
