OXO Brew Rapid Brewer

What I love most about it is how effortlessly it fits into real life. It’s not trying to turn brewing into a ceremony or overwhelm you with variables, it just delivers consistently good coffee with very little fuss. When I want something clean, balanced, and repeatable, it does exactly that. The versatility is where it really shines. It handles different grind sizes well. Whether I’m experimenting with grind settings or just want a reliable brew without thinking too hard, it adapts without complaint. Build quality is solid and purposeful. Nothing feels gimmicky. The immersion-style brewing combined with fast drawdown gives you clarity without thinness a cup that’s full-flavoured but never muddy. It’s forgiving enough for learning, but capable enough that it doesn’t feel like a compromise. Cleaning is simplicity, knock out the puck, rinse and dry all parts and that’s it. Most importantly, it removes friction. It makes it easier to brew good coffee more often, and that’s the real win. For anyone who wants excellent results without unnecessary complexity, the OXO Rapid Brewer earns its place on the counter.

Very easy to use and makes strong coffee.

I like this coffee maker. The coffee is as nice if not nicer than that I made in the Aeropress. I give it 4 stars because having to use the clear plastic beaker that is provided is a bit annoying. If they put a small flange on the filter housing, like the Aeropress, the coffee could be dispensed directly into a mug.

The only issue I can see is many parts you assemble and manage for a single shot of coffee, but you get the delicious coffee of aeropress and ease of use and portability No need for a specific goseneck kettle or a scale with timer so it is ideal for travel

have the oxo rapid brewer for two weeks now. great product. well made. great price. arrived early. after a few test brews, have got my perfect brew, consistently spot on. 18 to 20gm fine grind. hot wat to fill point and wait 2 minutes. push the water through slowly. in my mini blender add 10gm of unsalted butter with my brew and blend. pour into my favourite cup and top up with hot water and a dash of milk. absolutely perfect to my liking, strong, hot, foamy and smooth as silk. my bullet proof coffee is a great start to the day.

Extraordinario producto para preparar café. Desde hace 10 años consumo exclusivamente café de especialidad, y si bien las recetas que trae el rapid brewer no necesariamente se adaptan al café de especialidad, uno las puede ir adaptando para lograr el perfil que busque. De molino tengo un ZP6 de 1zpresso y entre este y el Rapid Brewer he estado produciendo consistentemente el mejor café que me he tomado en toda mi vida, no me refiero a que el sabor sea mejor que un v60 o un aeropress bien preparados, el sabor es igual de bueno que cualquier otro método, pero prepararlo correctamente es mucho más fácil y, desde que lo compré, he podido preparar consistentemente tazas excelentes. Es decir, las cualidades que hacen brillar este producto son su facilidad de uso y limpieza, y lo constante y sencillo que es sacar tazas igual de buenas siempre. Genial producto, entre esto, un buen molino, y buen café de especialidad, no necesitas más.
