Need more information
Easy to use but difficult to determine the exact level due to matching different color shades on the chart. Bought these prior to stem cell therapy as it was recommended that I be at a level 6 or higher prior to injection. Wish it came with more information on how to increase Ph levels to a more desired level.

I use these to test the ph. in my mouth. As far as I can see they are helpful as I am trying to better understand how the ph. changes in my mouth and thus reflects on the condition of my teeth. I do not use it regularly, rather sporadically. I am also taking the "XyloBurst - Xylitol Mints | Sugar Free Breath Mints for Oral Health | Gluten Free, Vegan, Keto Friendly | Aspartame Free Mints | Peppermint | 200 Count Jar" mints in tandem on a regular basis- my teeth look more clean. So I recommend these strips to do what they say.
