Nemo Fillo Inflatable Travel Pillow, Nimbus Grey

If you are using this pillow on an air mattress it will be fine but if you choose to use it on a sleeping pad it tends to slide up. By this I mean it tends to slide out from underneath your head. We bought cheap pillowcases to put over the top of them and after we did that the pillows quit sliding.The reason it slides is because the backside of the pillow is similar to the fabric of the sleeping pad. This pillow overall though is very comfortable and you can air it however big or comfortable as you want based on if you like a squishy pillow or a hard pillow. It also packs within itself into a very small bag which is great for backpacking especially if it is a luxury item like ours are.

I purchased this item two weeks ago to take on a 10-day car camping trip. It compressed compactly into the small internal stuff sack, and was easy to open, adjust, and use. I appreciate the soft cover on the pillow side as well as the built in foam padding that gives a nice texture to the pillow even before it's inflated. It was easy to open the inflator cap and blow into it until the air pocket was filled to about half of capacity. I found that I didn't need to add much air to get the feel that I was looking for. Definitely an improvement over folded clothes or other makeshift pillows while traveling. I even used it on the plane to lean against, either my back or my head.

I've been loving the NEMO Fillo pillow. I bought it for backpack camping and took it on a few trips this past summer. It packed down super small and light and was very comfortable. I love that there's a foam pad plus the ability to inflate with air if you want more support. It's really flexible in the way it can fit different people and preferences. I've also used it on airplanes, and it works really well. Again, the ability to add air is awesome as you can adjust it to fit the seat you're in and how you're resting your head, e.g. against the window, a companion, behind your neck, etc.

I hate camp pillows. I always have. Which is perhaps why I love this pillow so much. It doesn’t feel at all like a camp pillow - the extra stuff adds phenomenal support. The downside, the extra stuff also takes up a lot more space than your average camp pillow (for me this was a move from golf ball size to softball size). To me the comfort level is absolutely worth it, and it’s still quite light but know that you may need to make some other sacrifices in your pack.

I looked so hard for a comfortable, but light-weight camping pillow. I like to go hammock camping, but sometimes I use a tent. This pillow is so awesome! It's light-weight so i can backpack with it, and it's comfortable. It doesn't slip around too much on my mat either, especiallyI will say it is a little bulkier than many light-weight camping pillows, but for me it was worth the bulk because it's so freaking comfortable. When I'm sleeping on the ground it does slide around a little, but I haven't had a camping pillow that doesn't. It slides much less than my other one.

Awesome, I am not a fan of the just cloth pillows they are too soft there just is not enough there. I am also not a fan of the strictly air only pillows the are like sleeping on a pool raft. This pillow is the best of both worlds, it can be as firm as you like and it still has the soft padded comfort. It slides right into the pillow pocket of my Nimo sleeping bag which is a nice plus. Small and light enough to pack easily. The carry bag tucks inside the pillow when in use which is nice since it is so small it would be easy to lose. Very happy customer.

I love this pillow! I had one for years and took it on many many trips and it has never let me down. Then I forgot it on my last flight and had to get a new one. (I love this pillow so much that I didn't want to bother trying out any others) I'm allergic to dust and dust mites, so sometimes hotel and hostel pillows can make me sick. So I take it with me anytime I'm in Europe or traveling for longer times. It's also great as a plane pillow either for your head or back support. And of course great for camping (probably its original intent).

I love this pillow! Yes, for serious hikers, it is a few ounces heavier than some of the other high quality pillows. But you just can't beat this pillow's level of comfort. It's warm without being hot. The thin layer of foam really makes the difference. I will say that the old-school valve takes getting used too, but it's dead simple and doesn't leak. I would definitely buy again.

So comfortable I sleep with it at home!!!
