I am extremely satisfied with this cervical pillow. Its memory foam material is comfortable and provides good support, effectively alleviating my neck and shoulder pain. I like that it has two height adjustment options, allowing me to easily find the most suitable size. This is an outstanding pillow that significantly improves my sleep quality.

I found that this pillow, even on higher side does not cradle neck and take pressure off shoulders for side sleeping. Works great if you are a back sleeper. I do not recommend this for side sleeper. Material is necessary and pillow is sewn well and the seams do not pull. However, the support could be better for side sleeping as well as a longer deeper side well to rest your arms to prevent shoulder pain.

This pillow has helped my neck problems and tmj alot!! I've definitely noticed a difference.

Last night was my first night using this pillow and it was great it cradles your head really nice and if you toss and turn a lot like I do you can get right back into your sleep because of the way it's shaped so if you sleep on your right side and then flip over to your left side it's perfect I used to have to put my hand next to my face just to make sure that I could breathe well using a regular pillow but I don't have to do it with this it cradles your head really well and your neck and so far so good. I'd recommend it to anyone that has neck problems or waking up with headaches or migraine.

Great the first night or two...then did not support my neck enough. Awkward to sleep on.

I ended up returning this pillow. I found it very hard to get comfortable on it or find a way for my head lay. I was not able to sleep with it.
