How can I order 10'' knives instead of the 8'' you sent me?
I like the product and its quality but, I wish it stated that they are 8'' knives and not 10'' as it looks on the actual picture set. It would be good to add this information on your advert as it is very misleading specially for customers like myself who are looking for a specific size knives. It would be a great support if you could get back to me and let me know the options I have in order to get the 10'' knives in the future as I plan to buy more from you.Thanks

Purchased for a residential care home, (currently in lock down...which has absolutely no bearing on this review :) ). Anyway. I better qualify that headline! The blades are quite thick, 2mm by my ruler which may not sound a lot, but does mean they won't bend easily, when cutting hard veg for instance, (although normal care should be taken, obviously!!),. They are colour coded to industry standard, as far as I know, at least they match the colour coding we have :) The handles are well moulded and comfortable, for our use, but we aren't a catering establishment and I can't vouch for continual use.Arrived before the ETA, which was nice.One slight downside was no dedicated knife blocked which entailed another search and purchase but TBH that was easy enough. Some may think them a trifle expensive, but a few years ago my manager paid more, for far, far worse quality knives; they bent almost as soon as you looked at them!!So. The bottom line is-highly recommended.

Great set for any kitchen, but missing a block
I bought this knife set for a commercial kitchen I was managing, and it has been solid for day-to-day use. The colour coding makes it easy to stay organised and avoid cross-contamination, which is a huge plus when following strict hygiene protocols. The knives themselves are sharp, durable, and feel well-balanced in hand. I love that they’re dishwasher safe, so no hand-washing nightmares after a long day.The one downside for me is that it didn’t come with a knife block. It would’ve been nice to have somewhere to safely store them, but that’s an easy fix if you already have a block or magnetic strip. Some of the handles feel a bit plasticky, but honestly, for the price, the quality is more than fair. Just make sure to keep an eye on the blades over time to avoid any dulling.If you’re looking for a functional set that keeps things organised and sharp, this one’s a solid buy!

Are they new?
Knives bigger than expected, some knives appear to of been used. Not as sharp as I thought they would be. Asked to write a review so here I am. Will definitely be in contact with company as a disappointing buy considering the price.
