Tooo Bad - Port in / SIM activation - took weeks
Worst customer service team, they always says “activation complete after 2 hours ! Never complete! Every day calling Lyca support team … same words … back end activation team worthless! They Don’t know what they are doing!Simple sim activation … took weeks ! Beware when you switch from other network providers!!Main problem… Lyca customer support…. They are lazy … not understanding the customers problems!

Awesome service and customer support!
I was a recent customer with Hello Mobile. They had good service but recently transferred me (without my consent) to Liberty Wireless.Liberty Wireless did not have unlimited service, and I decided to switch over to Lyca Wireless based on the great reviews from their customers and prices.I totally love Lyca's unlimited service plans plus, the generous promotions and offers you receive via text messagingand/or email, along with the caring and professional Customer Support.Again, Lyca Wireless is awesome! Signal coverage for international use could be better.

Blocking text notifications
They block what they call "Premium Numbers" meaning all short code SMS numbers. You can receive them but you can't respond to them. Businesses pay a lot of money for these 5 to 6 digit numbers so they can conveniently reach anyone. This means any text message notifications for ANYTHING is out if the question because you can never text back "YES" to opt in. They are blocking even State and Federal short codes including USPS. This could keep people from logging into some important accounts and interfere with some emergency alerts. I don't think T-Mobile or the FCC are fully aware they are doing this.
