Qunol Magnesium Glycinate 300mg, 100% Glycinate Chelated Magnesium Supplement, 90ct Tablets

On my second bottle. I take 2 tablets before bed and notice full body relaxation, more restful sleep, and improved bowel movements. I started taking when I was several months postpartum and will definitely continue taking during/after subsequent pregnancies. I wish I’d taken it sooner to help with muscle cramps and postpartum insomnia!

This has been one of the most helpful supplements I’ve ever taken. After a month of use, I am sleeping better, less anxiety during a period of time that should cause even more anxiety than ever, and I am way less itchy. My mosquito bites are tiny this year instead of the usual large welts I’ve gotten in the past.

At first I thought great value, until I realized I have to take 2 to get the 300 mg daily. I want one that last longer for the price, so I'm currently looking for an alternative. If I can't find it, I may come back to this one because of the fact that it's vegan.

Been taking for 8 months. Look into the benefits of magnesium. I chose this brand for the quality.

Help me to get restful night

Other magnesium compounds have caused diarrhea. This has not caused any GI issues at all. It is a big tablet so can be an issue if you have problems with this. However, it has a hard smooth surface and seems to slide down easily without starting to dissolve in your mouth.

The pills are unnecessarily huge. I say unnecessarily because they are loaded with maltodextrin - a filler I try to stay away from due to gut issues. I can sort of understand why some supplements have to use include it to sort of "plump up" their pills to be big enough to take, but it seems these things would be large enough as is without the filler. My husband will probably not be able to take them. These are 2 rookie mistakes on my part as I should have read the reviews (for size) and ingredient list (for the maltodextrin). But I have bought items from the brand before and just "assumed" these would be a quality product. I will scrutinize more closely in the future. Also, please note a dose of 300 mg is 2 tablets (mistake number 3!) As for efficacy, not sure yet as we haven't started taking them yet. Here's hoping for the best in that department. I'll be looking for a different brand in the future and hopefully will be more careful!
