assembly required, but fabulous package
My mother and father in law had difficulty putting together these decorations. I was not there at the time to witness the issues but I heard no end of moaning after the fact. I believe they are competent enough to put together some decoration but maybe younger hands should assemble these. Maybe they got into the alcohol early, maybe they forgot about it. I guess dont wait until last minute to put these up.They looked/worked great!

I think it’s realky cute. Im giving 4 stars because the hats are really small. My 3 year old could barley fit it. Not bad for 20 bucks. I think your should add balloons. 2 gold 2 blacks
