I know curcumin is so good for you, especially for inflammation, but curcumin supplements all gave me GI issues so I'd never had success with them. That is, until I found the Longvida form. I'm not exactly sure what's different about the Longvida, only that it's better absorbed. I haven't had any reflux with it. It's also supposed to pass the blood-brain barrier and enter the brain easier. I was highly skeptical about that until I felt it myself. All I can say is try it. I'm never going back to another curcumin that's not Longvida. This particular brand is 1000mg in two mini-tabs, which may not seem mini until you try 1000mg Longvida in one tab (like the first brand I tried). These are much easier to swallow, relatively speaking. They're lightly coated so you don't get any taste, smell, or yellow powder. They say they're non-GMO, vegan, and free of most major allergens, including soy (most Longvida forms contain soy, so watch out for that). It does not say where they are manufactured or sourced. They came double-sealed and with an amazing 3.5 yrs of expiration. The only downsides I see are that it doesn't appear to be third-party tested, and since it's only a month's worth it's on the more expensive end of other Longvida brands. But, if you need it soy-free, that's what you're probably paying for. My 4 stars is only because of the lack of third party testing/manufacturing info.

While maintaining a healthy diet has been a top priority of mine for years, I don't place many supplements higher on the list than I do curcumin. This powerful antioxidant has been a mainstay ever since health-conscious family members emphasized its importance to me as a younger man. Knowing that my curcumin supply was diminishing, I was quick to order this 30-day supply from a company whose name I trust, Natures Plus. That these 60 mini-tabs are non-GMO, vegan, gluten free, and soy free, is certainly desireable, the most enticing draw made here is that they are optimized to "deliver more antioxidant activity" based on Longvida's patented "Solid Lipid Curcumin Particle Technology". Getting the maximum out of your daily intake appeals to me very much. I'm glad I ordered this supplement and recommend it highly.

This supplement Longvida Curcumin offer some really good health benefits. I like its high in antioxidants, high in anti-inflammatory and antiviral properties. Each bottle offers a 30-day supply. Serving size is 2 mini tabs which I find easy to take. I have no heartburn or digestive issues afterwards. Expiration date on the bottom of the bottle is 04/2028. It also had a protection seal around the cap when it arrived.

Longvida curcumin is my favorite curcumin. It's been clinically studied for a range of benefits, notably in regards to supporting cognitive function and reducing inflammation. Most studies on Longvida use 400-1000mg per day. Considering this product provides a whopping 500mg per tablet, the dosage is quite high which makes this an excellent value and better than a lot of other curcumin supplements out there. I can usually notice anti-inflammatory effects within an hour or two of taking this. I take 1 tablet daily and this is sufficient for me, but if you are looking for greater pain relief then taking 2 may be helpful. Overall - it's a really fantastic curcumin supplement, and I have always had great results with Longvida.

This product appears to be of high quality, and is designed for those sensitive to allergens they may find in other brands. This is free of soy, gluten, and GMOs, and is vegan. I don't "taste" the curcumin/turmeric when swollowing these, nor do I get the distinctive turmeric aftertaste I get with most similar supplements. This product uses Solid Lipid Curcumin Particle technology to eliminate the need for Black Pepper to boost bioavailability/absorption. The only downside for me is the $34 price, especially since the dose recommended by my doctor is a bit higher than the bottle's dosing. I'd like to see this closer to a $15-20 price point. Based on my doctor's advisement, I take 3 rather than 1 mini-tabs per day, meaning this bottle lasts me only 20 days. I do get good results with this, though.

This Natures Plus Curcumin 1000 is enhanced with the LongVida process and also uses patented Solid Lipid Curcumin Particle (SLCP) technology. Testing published in PubMed says that LongVida curcumin formulations exhibited over 100-fold higher bioavailability relative to unformulated curcumin. Each bottle contains 60 mini-tabs with plant-based coating at a reasonable price point. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a more effective curcumin formula.

I am used to Curcumin in capsules (that's one supplement I won't go without) but wanted to try these tablets as they are promoted for their superior absorption. I don't exactly understand the write up on how it is done, but I want to be optimistic and try it. The serving size is 2 tablets which gives you 1000 mg of Curcumin - so far so good. They call them "mini-tabs", but I wouldn't say they are so "mini" in size, although they are not huge either. The expiration date is quite far into the future: 04/2028. So you can easily stock up on a few bottles and not worry about them expiring. Made in USA.
