Very good hardness (60 HRC), cuts through everything easily, and has high-quality, well-gripped handles. Note that it’s made of carbon steel, not CR-V hardened, but it does have a double nickel coating to prevent rust. Buy it if you don’t plan to use it regularly in wet environments or if you maintain it with WD-40. It’s a steal for the price.

This handy little 3 pack is all you need for most tasks around the home. Comfortable soft grip make these a pleasure to use. Sometimes with cheaper pliers the jaws do not meet properly, but these are perfectly aligned and close precisely. My only gripe (and the reason I have deducted one star) is that they are made from nickel plated carbon steel. Chrome vandadium is a much stronger and durable metal, and is also corrosion resistant. I believe the 'Bosch Professional' range pliers are made from chrome vanadium, but come with a higher price tag. I guess time and usage will determine how durable the jaws actually are.

Always a fan of BOSCH, it did not let me down even this time. The made quality is superb. A very handy plier. Size is perfect and grip is firm. Very smooth and adjustable for my home needs.
