I was getting bombarded with IG ads for this thing, but decided to buy it from Amazon for the free shipping/excellent return policy. Because you never know... But it's great! It smoothed out my air-dried mess and gave me smooth, swoopy waves. WAAAAAAY better than using a flat iron and curling iron. Maybe I just buy crappy flat irons, which always leave my hair looking dry or crimped. This TYMO gives you the nice flippy, swooping ends that you can get from a really good blowout, but soooooo much easier. And it honestly smooths your hair. Maybe it seals the cuticle, I dunno. I'll just say that it had some good bounce and a natural-looking swoopiness. There's a slight learning curve with wrapping hair around the barrel, but once you get the hang of it, it's great. Wish I'd bought sooner.

This product is great.Does exactly what I wanted it to do Feels good in your hand it's not too heavy i use it after blow drying. To give a little extra straightness and shine takes out the poofiness. And gives the ends a nice curl.

This works amazingly on my thick and wavy hair. I love using it in the mornings when I wake up with funked up hair or when it’s dirty and I need it to look sleek and stylish. It works great! It heats up quickly too. I use it on the highest setting. Better than any straightener or curling iron I’ve ever used as this is like a combination of them both.

So are we researched these Tymo’s before I bought them. I bought two I bought the basically blowout one for when your hair is wet and I bought this one. I don’t know how to feel about it. I researched Amazon reviews and I watched Instagram videos I also went directly to their website. My hair is straight and very easy to comb through, but it gets stuck in the brush. It’s almost like I have to like pull my hair out, and I don’t know if that affects the curl or not I’ve tried to curl my hair three or four different ways and I always just get a little flip at the bottom. I don’t get any body curls through the whole hair and I think that has to deal with my hair getting stuck & me having it like basically almost pull my hair or undo it to get it out from being stuck in the brush. It’s good if you’re looking for like to straighten your hair for a little curl at the end, but I didn’t wanna leave my hair strand curling for more than two minutes because I don’t wanna burn my hair. You really can’t get close to your head. If that makes any sense it does get hot, so don’t hold your hand on the tool. It’s nice to curl your hair if you’re doing a refresher, but it’s going to straighten your hair in the process and put a curl at the end I don’t know if anybody wants to give me any insight maybe I’m doing it wrong but I gave it three stars because I like that it straightens your hair very nice and smooth smoothly and leaves a little curl at the end but overall it doesn’t get four or five stars there’s just no curls in the whole strand. This is a personal opinion. And the YouTube and Instagram videos I watched before purchasing this kind of made it seem like it was easy to curl your hair with, but for me, it’s not I brushed my hair so that you can see my hair isn’t some type of 4c hair I don’t have thick hair. I have very easy maintaining hair and this typo was suggested for different types of hairs, even curly hair and it struggles with mine it like holds it and you can’t twirl it unless you’re pulling your hair.

100% yes! This is the exact type of hair tool. I’ve been looking for almost all my life! I was a hairstylist for 18+ years so round brush and blow drying is no stranger to me. I also used large curling iron to achieve blowout looks. I’ve also tried blow out brushes that had air coming out of it so it would dry your hair at the same time. Well I have thick straight hair so I never really needed to smooth out curls. I just needed a bend on my ends and volume at my roots. This styling brush does just that.! Easy no hassle straight to the point just bend your ends pretty much. I have the 1.7 inch and it’s perfect for the blow outlook. I may purchase the 1.5 inch for curls, but I feel like I could just do that with a curling iron if I wanted more curls. So if you’re looking for a tool that will give you an amazing blowout look and you have straight hair, medium, too thick in density., this is a tool for you! I can’t speak for other hair types and textures.

I really love this curling brush, it does so well. For someone who has thick hair it don’t do that well at straightening out my roots but other than that it’s a 10/10 the size is great, you can literally touch the brush while it’s on it doesn’t really burn plus it’s light weight. It leaves a beautiful shine after and your hair doesn’t get frizzy outside. I did have a problem with one side of my hair being able to get that nice curl and the other side barely curling and staying poofy (it’s not the brush it’s my hair).

I love it, just doesn't last on my hair. I ordered some unscented hairspray because I am allergic to that nexxus hairspray that has a terrible scent. It works well and I have played with it I am finally getting my technique down. Not too heavy, way better than a hair dryer and a round brush at the same time. I recommend it.
