SPIDERMITE Killer - 5 Slow Release Bags

I used these earlier in the season and they cleared an outbreak. But I brought in a new plant, that seemed clear, but you know how it went. I am very glad these got to me a day Before they were promised..

Alwasy difficult to know if biological cures work or not. I tried this last year when I noticed that my apple trees were heavily infested. It did not seem to work that well. This year I used them at the very first sign of the spider mites. So far it looks like it is working. I can not see the spider mites mulitpilng and the trees look very heathiy.

Although there was instructions about where to put the sachet. There was nothing about whether the sachet should be opened. Or if not how they mites get out. They are of course very small so it’s impossible to know if there are any in the sachet or on the plant. That said I do appear to have clean new growth coming.

two reasons this product did not work for me are 1 that unless you know a lot about insects it is hard to tell if they are working and very hard to see even using a magnifier what they look like. 2 I had a slight infestation and ended up having a full blown infestation and that was using 5 bags on 5 plants. This product is for the high end gardener and not a part timer like me so do research before buying to see if suitable and they are not expensive
