I am very happy with this supplement and have used it for 4 years.

I read the 5 star reviews before buying this product. So, my son (18 years old), my husband, and I started taking this carb blocker less than a year. Last night, I was comparing prices between CVS and Amazon. There was a review on CVS that mentioned titanium dioxide. So this morning, I read the Amazon reviews for this carb blocker. I read one review under 2 stars that mention titanium dioxide. This carb blocker works, but check the other ingredients like titanium dioxide. This morning I am no longer taking this carb blocker, and I will look for another product that only contains white bean extract. I gave this a 5 star review hoping someone will read this because I only read the 5 star reviews. If I knew it had titanium dioxide in the capsule that I am ingesting, I would not have bought it for my family.

My wife is trying it but not much results yet. Pills are rather hard to swallow. Will see how it goes in the next few weeks. See if it helps her lose some weight?

These actually work with no excess gas like some

I gained over 10 lbs. in two weeks while using this product. I stopped using it and the extra 10 lbs is slowly coming back off but I haven't been able to make a dent in the additional 20 I need to lose.
