Q: If my chihuahua has a 9" neck & it says XS fits 10" to 13" neck will it be too big or will he get out of it easy? His girth is 16".

My dog has a 14” girth, but her neck is very small. Will a small be ok for her?

Q: My dog's chest is 17-18". Would the medium is be too loose? He has gotten out of a harness that's too loose before.

I purchased the small and I measured it to be 17-18 inches.

Q: This harness isn’t adjustable at all?

No it’s not. Also the harness runs very small. I measured my dog PERFECTLY and it was way too small. I had to return it.
