The product is not upto the mark and the painting and Prashant ladderopening mechanism is disgusting with the one spring of the lock loose. The painting is not covered on all parts and hence request arrange representative to attend or replace the product with good one

I am writing this review after one month using this product. Strength is good. Balance is good even if you are at the top step. Steps are non slippery. Easy to move. Not too much heavy. After folding it doesn't take too much space. Lock on the top step is good and useful. Balance can be improved.

I have been using this ladder since 3 October 2023. Within two months the top step screw and spring broke. It is simply a waste of money. I recommend buying an aluminium step ladder from a local shop instead.
