I was looking for a good quality pillow for quite some time. Finally the search led to this pillow. One can customize it for size, thickness and firmness. A good pillow improves your sleep quality which is very essential. The pillow looks expensive but is worth the money spent. After I purchased, all my family members have purchased. The pillow cover is decent, the zip could have been better.

Standard size is very small. Better go for XL, XXL size. Patterns in the pillow Cover is also not embossed as appearing in picture. It is flat with patterns stiched only.

Select the correct thickness for better sleep & comfort. There is a mild smell , not offensive, from the pillow when I sleep sideways. I like the washable cover , still I use a pillow casing

Size is not useful, I think little bit more size would be preferable for sleeping purposes. Quality wise is ok Support is fine, thickness is also good. Heat generation less

Have been using it for close to 1 year and have found it to be excellent for neck pain and relaxing body posture while sleeping Features - - It s a big , tall pillow which presses down as you put weight (your head) on it - It came in compact package which was folded to a quarter of its actual size - It has a non-removable thin clothed white cover , but you should use a pillow cover over it Pros - - Excellent replacement for cotton / foam pillows that we Indians generally use - cotton/foam pillows get stiff pretty fast and add to neck pain from time to time - Long life and study , doesn't get dirty easily. Even if it does - it is washable - Helps greatly in relieving neck pain by offering excellent support to the back of the neck and spine and over all body posture - Even if you do not suffer from neck pain, it is extremely useful in providing good support - Extremely comfortable and puts you to sleep right away - Long-term purchase. I am sure it will last a good number of years (at least 5-7 years) Cons - - Take a few days to get used to. For the first 3-4 days you may regret buying it as it may seem too tall/big/heighted or too soft or too firm. DO NOT GIVE UP. The pillow actually adjusts to your body within a few days - Even after a few days, it may seem to be too soft or too firm for some people - Expensive - It is more than 3 times a normal foam / cotton pillow but absolutely worth it

This pillow delivered in folded style because of this now the pillow becomes defective as it’s permanently switched to folded style with broken foam in between and in sides

I was looking for a pillow as the traditional ones at home were giving my neck and upper back a really hard time. I'm impressed by the product honestly as it gave me no neck soreness or upper back ache. Its ability to retain its shape is nothing but extraordinary. Please note that the 2.5 inch one is not for the side sleeprs and it will give you a stiffened neck in the morning if you inadvertently end up in that position, so select the size according to your sleeping style. Product itself is of great quality.
