If I could, I would give it 4.4 star. The pc works very well and gets and average of 90 to 117 fps on helldivers 2. One complaint is Ai had to change a few settings to get that fps after watching a YouTube video, but for free in in like 10 min. The instructions are not very good and there was loose cords that were extra that freaked me out thinking I needed them. This is a starter pc, so they should have very detailed instructions. Exited to see how well it plays other games. Appreciate the build skytech

At first I was nervous because I ordered a used PC, but it has been nothing but amazing!! When I first received it, it had someone else's log in, so I DID have to factory reset it, a quick google searched helped with that! Now I am working on putting games and OBS to stream and so far the download speed is amazing, and the video quality is too! Definitely worth the money after never having a gaming PC!

Very good computer. Super fast. Just what I need for gaming. I am going through breast cancer and can't afford a name brand PC, but this one is amazing and I absolutely love it. This PC also came with matching RGB keyboard and mouse.

I love it so far, with only one minor issue that may be troublesome later down the road. Overall it is very well built and setup was very simple. The only thing I am unsure about is the connection for the power cord seems loose. It wiggles when trying to plug the cord in and I am worried overtime it will be damaged/the prongs will bend. When first setting it up it lost connection/power twice when I moved it on my desk due to the cord being loose. Otherwise it seems to be running great. It's super fast loading games and apps and so far I've played Baldurs Gate 3 on ultra settings with no issues and essentially no wait for loading times. The fans are quiet, but still make a noticeable noise. This doesn't bother me at all but for someone expecting complete silence you may not love it. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase and am excited to keep playing my games. The included keyboard is very nice and comfortable to use. The mouse is cool but not my style personally, and I prefer a wireless mouse so I haven't tested the included one at all. I will reach out to support if the power cord continues to be an issue and update my review here accordingly.

This system is absolutely amazing, though it was pricey based on my budget. I did not regret making the sacrifice and purchased it for my son. Performance runs well, it's easy to set up, and its gaming capability was excellent. The noise level was quiet.

I got this for my daughters birthday,I honestly don’t regret buying.Its loud,the speed is excellent,the lighting is colorful and bright.The setting up was a breeze and it’s worth the price. I would definitely recommend.

First night we turned on the computer is seemingly worked great the noise level was next to nothing and it looked great on the monitor, did the software updates the first night turned it off once it was complete. Then turned it back on later the next night it turned on as expected BUT then all of a sudden the tower simply shut off. We double checked the power supply (the outlet) it works, we tried to plug it in another outlet and it still wouldn’t turn on you could hear a “click” but no power. The videos provided were of absolutely NO HELP what so ever in solving this issue. Sad to return as it’s a really cool tower but it’s it working properly for whatever reason all with in 24-48 hours of setting it up and turning it on TWO times.

First off, I want to start by saying I don’t have the PC any longer. That said, this company made a possible headache and a half feel like no big deal. I ordered this PC with Affirm financing. Once it was approved there, the PC was swiftly shipped. Somewhere along the way, the PC took some extreme damage as it almost seems like it was run over by a forklift. The package had been delayed for quite some time, likely for this reason. I sent a request for refund through Amazon and Skytech approved it almost immediately. I shipped it out a few days later with a shipping label they provided me. The package arrived at their location. I was concerned that Affirm wouldn’t receive the refund from Skytech before my first payment to Affirm was due. I contacted the seller and they responded the next day with an update. That same day, the refund was sent to Affirm and a possible crisis was averted. Every step of the way, Skytech went out of their way to respond expeditiously and make it right. I just hope Skytech gets paid back by UPS for damages. The PC was well packaged, there’s just only so much you can do to prevent damage when someone else runs over your product.
