Perfectly working it’s been 20 days and it has every thing what a smart TV should have

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration with the horrendous experience I have endured since purchasing a new VW TV from your company. Within just one week of use, the remote control stopped working properly—the TV would not respond to commands. Upon contacting your support team, I was told my remote was faulty and that I needed to pay ₹1200 upfront for a replacement. Despite paying this amount promptly, the new remote you sent was also defective. When I reported this, your support acknowledged sending the wrong remote and asked me to return it, promising a correct one would be sent. I complied, only to receive yet another remote that was again non-functional. This cycle of incompetence and delays is completely unacceptable. Finally, a technician visited my home and diagnosed the real issue: a faulty IR sensor on the TV’s motherboard. The technician recommended replacing the entire motherboard, which should clearly be covered under warranty given this is a brand new product. Despite filing this complaint almost two months ago and making repeated follow-ups, I have yet to receive the promised replacement motherboard. Worse, your customer support is now completely unresponsive to my messages. This level of neglect and poor service is appalling and unworthy of any reputable brand. I demand immediate action to resolve this issue. I expect the replacement motherboard to be sent and installed without further delay. If this is not addressed within 7 days, I will have no option but to escalate this matter through consumer protection authorities and share my experience widely to warn other customers. I trusted your brand for a quality product and service, but this ordeal has been nothing but a nightmare. Please treat this complaint with the urgency and seriousness it deserves.

Good product

This TV is honestly a waste of money. The display is average, but the performance is extremely poor. First of all, it doesn’t connect with mobile phones – screen mirroring and casting don’t work at all. On top of that, even YouTube doesn’t run properly, which is very frustrating for a smart TV. These are basic features that should work smoothly, but here they fail completely. I regret buying this TV and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable smart TV.

Seems good. I bought it for my house help, who is fully satisfied with its performance, clarity, display and crisp audio quality. A perfect TV in budget. Remote is amazing.

The video is good, audio is fine. For the price this is a good product. But, the build quality is so poor... Resulting in this rating... I couldn't rate it beyond this! Hope atleast the warranty is good! The plastic body doesn't have a screw hole, had to manually jam in the screws :/.
