I have bought this headset last week. It arrived in perfect condition and it was a confortable headset with a great sound. Unfortunately, the microphone was not detected on my laptop despite working perfectly on my Macbook. I have contacted customer services in order to try to fix the issue. Not only did the company truly try to be helpful and fix the problem, but they offered me a full refund when they realised the issue could not be fixed. They even told me that I did not have to return the headset. I cannot underline enough how much of a pleasure it is to write such a positive review about a customer service. I'm a low budget student and this sense of business from this company was really welcomed. I highly recommend this headset and this company in general. Not only their articles are great value for money, but they also truly care about their clients and their satisfaction. Looking forward doing business with them again.

I was looking for a headset for live streaming and this one caught my eye immediately. I loved how colourful it was, and it seemed to fit all my other specifications, so I ordered it. The headset arrived quickly, and was very easy to set up. The LED lights look great, and the sound and microphone quality are very good. It seems durable, as I’ve been using it for a while now with no signs of wear and tear. The price was very reasonable, and the headset is simple to use and great quality. I will be looking at Ozeino again if I need any more headsets for streaming.

Very comfortable and can easily be worn for long gaming sessions without causing any noticeable pain or aching that i've seen with previous "gaming" headsets. For the price it has decent audio quality, and plenty good enough that i can hear the differences due to the quality of computer audio drivers (comparing it plugged into my desktop against my phone). On the other hand, i am unsure as to what the "noise cancelling" features talked about are, there is clearly no active noise cancelling on the audio you hear, and while the information on the listing seems to suggest there is some cancelling on the microphone pickup, i can't see and real difference between what its microphone outputs from what a separate mic is picking up in terms of any background noises.

I've been trying to find a decent gaming headset for ages that didn't cost an arm and a leg. I've brought so many high end headsets over the years, but non of them compare to the quality of this one!!! It's super comfortable on my ears which given my glasses, it's really hard to find a comfortable headset but this one is amazing!!! Sound quality is phenomenal!!! The lead is really long compared to other headsets I've had in the past and I the fact that the headset and the mic lights up is an added bonus, you just have to plug in the USB for the lights to work. Best headset I've ever had, great quality for money.
