I received the pack with a helpful instructional guide. I was amazed at the quality of the product. The cotton lining is so soft and the pack is very well made. I am using it on my lower back and it is easy to adjust for a perfect fit. It also comes with a handy ziplock bag which makes for easy storage in the fridge in between uses. The business owner was very helpful in emails as well. I highly recommend!

THE BEST CASTOR PACKFinally found castor oil pack I was looking for. For really good price. All organic material. The cotton straps are soft and comfortable and 3 on each side and long enough , which makes it secure.I tried several expensive packs before this one which were very uncomfortable with thick pad and straps either thin , uncomfortable and too short or with velcro which scratched my skin. ;(This packs is soft, thin, straps are soft, wide and long enough.thank you

I love this castor oil pack! I use it regularly and the large size with long straps makes for a perfect adjustable fit. It’s comfortable, high quality, and works great for my needs. The maker, Janetta, is a lovely and responsive small business owner. I highly recommend and will definitely purchase from her again!

Live this product! Super soft, strings are perfect, extra soft. No leakage. Janette, Who hand makes all of these leaves a little note inside of the packaging. She suggested using another cotton flannel pad inside for the castor oil. That was genius! It allows you to just wash the pad and to save the integrity of you wrap. The strings are a good length as well (I am 5'4" and a size 10 in pants). It is perfect to wrap around and tie in the front.
