Q: Seems nice, but how does it work compare to idoo and other system?

I never owned idoo but I have experience with older aerogarden 6 pod model and realized I needed something that will allow me to grow at a higher height and more pods. I got this system because it satisfies my requirements without the high price tag of aerogarden. I used all other supplies from aerogarden since I had good results with herbs and followed their instructions vs those for this system. I’ve used aerogarden seeds and my own seeds and so far so good. I have successfully grown romaines, bok choy, okra (still waiting for them to mature) from my own seeds and they are doing well. I had problems doing aerogarden heirloom cherry tomatoes previously in my aerogarden and things seem better in this system but I think I’m not getting the fruits still (probably I don’t shake the plants often enough or blow the fan enough). It’s super fun to use as a hobby and rewarding when you get to eat what you grow without insects. However don’t expect to harvest enough for two people to have a constant supply of veggies with one system. :)
