A Very good product. I visited a couple of local shops in Guntur and see on Amazon Rs.1000 less than the shops but even I was ready to pay 1000 extra but the seller said I need to bring the machine to his store or need to call online whenever there is an issue. I realized then better to purchase online take advantage of Rs.1000. After the delivery, I contacted the Usha customer services (a bit of headache but ok ) asked for a demo they fixed the appointment but nobody visited even after 3 days then wrote an email to the customer services and explained the issue (if there are any issues in the product I need to replace in 7 days the pressure is always on in online mode) finally the representative visited demonstrated and said everything alright. In fact, the guy has shared his number for any new designs he can share them with a nominal price. A few of the places may not be easily accessible in that case the service person may take a few more days extra in that case the customer may lose the 7 days replacement option period which is really hell if there is any damage in the product. This is a big flaw otherwise the online is the best and the customer services are ok. The customer services are available in many languages better to pick your local language the reason is that even if you choose English that will be mostly connected to Hindi speaking representative and the call may disconnect later.
