It's all constructed of metal. There was extremely robust in the hands.The device just has one power button you press to go through the individual modes.It has four icons that light up different colors.Blue is for frothing cold milk.Red is for frothing airy foam and heating.The setting after that frost dense foam and it heats, which is also red.And just for heating, you take the whisk out and select the right icon, which also lights up red.In the manual it states how to have better milk foam.It says the milk fat and milk protein components in milk are the key to the formation of milk foam. Therefore we recommend using whole milk with a fat content of 3% which has a higher fat and protein content.Most milk alternatives have a hard time frothing because of lower amounts of fat and protein and higher amounts of complex carbs. If you are using a milk alternative, choose one that is specifically labelled barista or foamable.This product is very easy to operate, and it's virtually silent in its operation. Its convenience surprised me with how fast it heats, and how well milk froths.I could achieve a milky frothy coffee in no time.Overall, I am really pleased with this device. It does everything it claims to do, it's convenient to use, silent in its operation, and just all around excellent product. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

At Around £30 it's well priced. It has multiple settings and whisks so you can get whatever finish you like. I like the capacity (at 300ml it's not the biggest but fine for me) and the fact it has auto shutoff. Although it's easy enough to clean you have to do it by hand. We use plant milks in it and it does a good job, especially with oat and soya.

The Rafow milk frother and heater offers an effective alternative to steam wand frothing at a competitive price.It may not win any design awards for its appearance - I would say it looks functional. However, it does exactly what it is intended to do. It produced good froth (dense or light depending on the setting) in about 2 minutes. A spatula is provided to help dispense the foam. A spare activator is provided. Take out the activator if you simply want to heat milk or make hot chocolate.It is easy enough to wash (a cleaning sponge type wand is provided) but It is NOT suitable for a dish washer.Although the lid is a good fit, if you put in too much milk the froth will escape out of the top and run down the sides of the device. Therefore it is essential to pay attention to the milk levels indicated on the inside when filling.As a basic frothing machine it does a good job at a reasonable price.

We wanted to have one of these over at our family cottage to leave there for the summer. It works just fine. It does not hold as much milk as some others (overflowed a few times until I figured out the right level) but it heats it up nice and hot and foamy.This is the kind with the electronics built into the milk holder, so washing is a bit tricky in that you are trying to avoid getting the base wet. In prefer the kind where there is a base that stays plugged in with all the electric and heating components and the vessel is fully washable/submersible by sink or dishwasher. This is NOT one of those.I'd recommend this as a nice, basic machine.

This milk frother (and steamer) works amazingly well. I’m not a coffee fan, but I do love chai teas, good hot chocolates, and definitely steamers. I love how easy it is to make foam to top any drink with this, but I also really appreciate how easily it heats up my milk just for steamers (versus trying to microwave or heat it on the stove to just the right heat). I like that it has a cordless base so you can easily pick it up and take it to wherever your drink is when it is done. Cleanup is super easy, and honestly, the only thing I wish it had was a beeper or something to tell you audibly when the cycle is done (versus having to look at it to see if the lights have gone off). Great value IMO!

The RAFOW 4-in-1 Milk Frother Electric Steamer works great! I have been using it with my barista oat milk and it's been wonderful. Milk comes out quickly and perfectly frothed. It makes a delightful cappuccino without spending time to line up and paying for an expensive cappuccino at one of the cafes. This frother makes a thick foamy milk froth in just 2 minutes in hot or cold setting. It comes with 2 removable mixer, a base for AC power connection, a cleaning foam brush, a spatula and the frother with 4 mixing setting. Its industrial milk can shape grips comfortably in the hand and makes stirring up foam automatic. Whether I'm in the mood for some espresso or latte this frother is up to the task of creating some creamy foam. Pouring can be slightly challenging since the machine lacks both handle and tapered edge to make sure it goes right into cups. At least there's a thoughtfully included silicon spatula and some cleaning brushes for maintaining this frother. Overall as a small kitchen appliance this one is well engineered using induction plate with ETL safety and takes only 2 to 3 minutes to warm up or stir cool foam out of milk.
