These shoes are good for things like going from the pool to the locker room or showering in the gym. I will continue to use them for those types of tasks as well as walking outside a few minutes. They feel comfortable and supportive in these short wearing situationsHowever, they are absolutely horrible for any sort of activity. I knew that it would not be good to do extensive exercise in. With that in mind, I didn't think it would matter if I walked around the city for about 3/4 a mile at a normal pace. I ended up with blisters on my feet from one use around town. Granted, I do have a high end step, but they were not tight. For me, they fit about 1/2 a size to a size smaller than my typical size. Understanding the sizing, I ordered the 'correct' size for me. So the blister was not do to it being ill fitting.

These were a little disappointing. They're stable with a good sole protection. And are surprisingly not vgly. They're just not super comfortable. The bumps are awkward and the straps cut into my feet if I'm using them at the pool. Unfortunately I wouldn't buy them again.

These have shrunk 2 sizes in less than a month from being outside. Save your $50
