I've fixed two WaterPiks using similar parts. The price for the part sure beats paying for a new Water Pik. The repair is so simple. You just need a phillips head screw driver. Took me about 3 minutes to complete. (plus 10 more retrieving the screw that slipped out of my hand and fell into the garbage disposal :-). The part is an exact fit, and works just as well as the original.

This replacement hose and wand was easy to attach to my WaterPik flosser. It replaced a hose that cracked, and it fit perfectly. I am happy I can continue to use my flosser.

When my Waterpic's connecting water tube snapped right off, I was concerned that I might need to junk the whole thing. But on Googling it, I found that the handheld unit with a new water tube attached was available as a replacement part, and I was happy. However, that OEM unit was currently not available. This one was available at a very decent price so I decided to try it. The unit was easy replaced with a couple of screws in the base of the Waterpic, and it works fine. It doesn't fit exactly in the holder on the side, but it fits well enough to stay put. I'm satisfied.

The replacement kit fits my WaterPik Water flosser WP-140W. I was able to install it quickly. It even came with a tiny filter, which is nice. However, unlike the original wand, this one has a button to stop the flow otherwise the water jet just shoots out as soon as you turn on the machine. The original had a sliding on/off switch right on the wand and if it was OFF water won't come out of even after tuning on the machine. I have only used it once after installing this replacement and didn't like the push-button feature to turn off water. I would rather have the original on/off switch rather than have a ALWAYS ON stream and a push button to turn the water off. Most replacements I saw have a push button and not a sliding switch unless you buy original replacement from the manufacturer's site.

And is easy to install with only a screw driver. The fact that the pause switch on the handle is the same as the original is important. A pause switch which requires you to press and hold is potentially dangerous and means you need two able hands to operate the flosser.

Works with less nozzle pressure, but it's not equivalent to the OEM. It's Oval and does fit the round holder on my Waterpik. Not a deal breaker for a less expensive replacement. The annoying thing is the button isn't an on off switch for water flow. It's Press to stop flow and hold to keep flow off. If you aren't holding the button in, it's on. On is the default state. Not fatal but annoying when you discover this operational difference by turning it on and discovering "Off" doesn't actually exist.The mechanism to change nozzles works but for lack of a better word it doesn't have the crisp operation of OEM.It didn't come with replacement screws. Which is fine. The old ones work and it's less waste. It did come with an identical looking filter to replace the OEM filter. Which is good.The deal breaker is that I'm getting less pressure out of the nozzle than OEM so I'm not at all sure my Waterpik is doing the job it's supposed to be doing with this replacement. If the pressure was the same I'd rate this a 2 but keep it. I'll replace it with an OEM one.My rating scale used here.5* - Better than OEM4* - Equal to OEM3* - Works but not the same quality as OEM2* - Serviceable with some help. The tube on my Waterpick sprang a leak and after looking online about this problem, the best solution was to see if amazon had these. Sure enough they do. Ordered, delivered and installed in short order. Works just like the original and at a very reasonable price.Also ordered the rubber valve for the reservoir which worked well also. Waterpick is operating as new.

It's a fine replacement when you don't want to buy a whole new waterpik. The thing works properly, but it doesn't sit in the Waterpik holder and keeps falling out when not in use.
