I've been suffering with swimmers ear for a week, purchased this tool to see what is going on, found ear wax caked in both ears. Had to also get a flushing bulb kit to help loosen it up. I used Debrox Ear Wax removal kit. This tool was easy to setup. Image clarity in the ear was amazing, allowed me to find and remove all the residual wax pieces after flushing with Debrox bulb. Only thing I wish was for more information on what the metal tools are for, they did not feel good in the ear, and I was afraid to use them (Damage to ear drum?)? All in all a great product for seeing what is really in your ear canal and removing wax.

This thing works amazing! I highly recommend this product. It was super easy to set up and the different tips make it very easy to get all the wax out. I had been having ear problems due to wax buildup and after using this product it made the ear problems practically disappear.
