This Beachbody Energize pre-workout comes in a small, compact container that lasts me a few months great value! My midwife approved it for use during pregnancy, but please check with your own healthcare provider first. I use half a scoop in the morning and half in the afternoon, and it gives me a smooth, natural energy boost. I sometimes get a slight skin tingle, but it’s mild. The mixed berry flavor is my favorite, though fruit punch and strawberry lemonade are also tasty. Note that the orange powder can stain towels if it gets on your fingers, so be careful. I used to order from BODi with long shipping times, but finding it on Amazon with next-day delivery was a game-changer when I ran out unexpectedly. As someone who doesn’t drink coffee, this is my go-to caffeine source. Highly recommend!
