I struggle with depression. I’m an emotional eater. All these things left me feeling like I didn’t know myself anymore, in a fog struggling to make decisions or leave the house. This saved me. I never took prescription drugs because I was scared of the side affects so my doctor told me to take this. One 200 mg pill first thing in the morning and one at night. (From what I’ve read online people can take up to 700mg a day depending on your level of anxiety) I was very skeptical as I’ve taken many other herbs that did nothing for me. But this....this is like finding a Wonkas golden ticket...but instead of taking you to crazy land it’s your ticket OUT!This flat out clears my head. Gives me energy to complete tasks and enables me to process thoughts without stressing out. I don’t get jitters I don’t feel like I’m on caffeine (which I’m very sensitive to) I just feel like the “old me”. I’m hardly dealing with any breakthrough anxiety and when I do it never escalates into a panic or anxiety attack now. I find myself responding to stressors in a calm manner. Not engaging in things that would have sent me into a rage before taking this. I can formulate my thoughts better, speak my mind with ease and just have a better sense of self.Now that I’m not emotionally ping ponging through life, I’ve found that I don’t have the desire to emotially eat and I have begun to lose some weight. I'm glad I tried this supplement. It works, keep me calm yet functional. Not easily stress throughout my day. No side effects noted. Sleep ing longer at night.

This is my third purchase. Love L-theanine in the NOW brand. Helps keep me calm and my anxiety at bay. I take 200-400 mg a day. And I definitely noticed a difference in my anxiety and mood when I stop taking it. Great to take with caffeine. It helps level you out and you won't get the jitters. Pills are easy to swallow. No smell. Wish they weren't so pricey but compared to other sellers they are normal priced.

Helps the brain relax so it can fall into a deep, restful sleep. Works great!

This product I use with lion's mane and ashwagandha. Very good to help with mood and anxiety.

I’ve tried a bunch of different supplements and remedies to help with anxiety. I don’t like taking anything I don’t have to, and so far nothing has made a noticeable difference— until I started taking this with Taurine.It’s not a huge difference in how I feel, but overall my mind is much quieter and I’m able to focus on what I’m doing instead of having my mind race on about other things. It’s been super effective for me and I will be repurchasing.
