Change a larger size earplug to prevent howling. Turn down the volume before use.How to charge the hearing aid? Remove the green sticker on hearing aid before the first time to charge. Turn off the hearing aid before charging. Put it into charging case, connect the charging cable to the case. The indicator light turns to green when charging, the indicator light turns off when charging finished. Not a good hearing aid.
I was disappointed in this hearing aid. The slightest increase in volume definitely made it better to hear but once you speak your voice is also amplified with a loud echo in your ears. Hearing aid was also larger than it appears in description. I returned & awaiting a refund which is in process.

Easy to use and Easy to recharge.
My father lost most of his hearing, so he got this help. He loves them. He was very skeptical about cheap prices at the first time, he couldn't put it down, saying that hearing aids were the perfect purchase. it included a small screwdriver and extra silicone ear buds to help select the appropriate in-ear size. This is relatively plug and play -- easy to use and easy to recharge.
