Too thin for comfort
The insoles are thin and don't give as much support as expected.

Does not stay cool for long
At first pleased how quickly they cooled in the freezer, but once i put them into my shoe it was literally minutes before they became warm. Comfortable to wear but will not keep your feet cool/cold for more than a few minutes.
