These mini chicken training treats are perfect for training our puppy. The small size makes it easy to give positive reinforcement frequently without having to break apart larger treats, which is a huge plus. Our puppy absolutely loves the flavor, and they’ve quickly become an essential part of our training routine. They are a bit smelly, so hand-washing afterward is a must, but that’s a small trade-off for how effective they are. Still five stars from us and our pup!

Got these training treats to reward my little rescue furbaby for his very awesome performances. Mine is a Maltese mix, so the small size of these things is perfect for him. PeeWee positively loves these things. I've stayed with this brand because they are more chewy; not tough like some other brands I had tried. PeeWee works exclusively for food. Much like my husband. His main goal in life is getting rewarded for a job well done with food food and still more food. These are tiny enough that he knows he got something that he loved. The softness is key, because he doesn't really seem to chew. Just swallows and runs like hell to do another trick he's learned so he can keep getting more food. With other, larger, drier treats, he would appear to be gagging and choking, because of his unwillingness to just chew and savor for a moment. I also found that the drier ones were clearly less flavorful, and consequently, he wasn't as willing to perform to get them. These give PeeWee perfect motivation, and are much safer because of the small size and how they apparently just slide right down his gullet so he can make room to inhale more. So for him, these are excellent. I have no reason to ever switch, so I will keep buying them. PeeWee gives these a resounding 10 STARS, and so I! Wish they were available in even larger bags. I portion them out and have them strategically placed around our home so that he can get a little something whenever I feel he's earned it.
