Fantastic set of weights! I got for my garage gym and i love them; they’re super way to use and the handles don’t make calluses on your hand, no gloves needed. Easy to set up in different ways, i bought just for that. I wanted dumbbells and the long bar weights, this is perfect! Very easy to store, takes up minimal space. Endless possibilities of weight combinations, can make very heavy or very light. 20/10!

I am very impressed with this adjustable dumbbell set. It is a solution that has four parts. It replaces many big pieces of gym equipment. This makes it perfect for a small gym in my home. I can switch between dumbbells, a barbell, kettlebells, and a stand for push-ups. This is convenient for me. It gives me all I need for a workout for my whole body. The system for connecting is secure. It is easy to use for anyone. Changing how I set it up take only a few seconds. The weights are strong. They are comfortable to hold. They feel very stable when I do exercises. I love that I can make resistance bigger little by little. I do curls, presses for my chest, squats, swings with kettlebells, and push-ups. Each piece feels solid and well-made. This set makes my workouts at home more effective. It makes them more fun too. It saves a lot of space if I compare it to normal free weights. For the price and different uses, it is one of the best money I spent on fitness.

It's been a few months since my purchase and I'd say I'm satisfied with the product for what it is. It's useable for a variety of exercises and the set doesn't take up much space. For my purposes the last few months, it's be sufficient. Things to consider (for reference, I'm 6ft 5in so some downsides for me may not be a problem for others): -Only 4 weights can be added to each side of the bar which limits the amount you can stack. -Definitely good enough certain exercises but don't expect to be training major lifts to the extreme like you would in a conventional gym. In my case, the bar is too short but there are ways to get around it. -Weight adjustment can take some time. In terms of durability it's been fine but I don't recommend putting any major tugging forces on the assembled bar like you would with a conventional barbell. None of the points above have been a deal-breaker for me since I expected most of them when purchasing this product. Overall, I'd say this product is useful for beginners or if you'd just like a cheap way to perform a variety of weighed exercises at home.

This adjustable dumbbell and kettlebell set works great. The weight plates are easy to switch, and there’s no plastic smell at all, which I really appreciate. The screws turn super smoothly, making it very easy to assemble, and the grip feels great in the hand. I set up an 11 lb dumbbell and a 13 lb kettlebell, and after a week of glute and leg workouts, I can already feel the difference—very solid and effective. The only thing to note is that the kettlebell is a bit bulky, which might be less ideal for smaller users. It would be helpful if the listing mentioned this. Otherwise, the quality and value are excellent.

good stuff, Very easy to use. Comes with a user manual that gives you dumbbell workouts for your arms , biceps, triceps, chest, shoulders, back, and legs. The weight is ok if your just starting your workout journey. Great for small apartments saves space, just tuck it under an end table. It is a hard plastic so very durable and quiet

I love this set for my little at-home gym. Easy to switch around and use the included options. My kids and I share it and love it. It's not heavyweight, but it's enough for the at-home workout. I love this set and recommend it for ladies especially. It comes with plastic ends to hold the weights on securely. I always feel safe and supported using these weights. Don't worry about them falling off.
