Great for teeth grinders
For background on my chewing habits:I am a female diagnosed with ADHD and I take meds to control that. What I take often causes me to grind my teeth, so I'm constantly blowing through a pack of gum nearly every other day to prevent that. I wanted to try something firmer to see if the gum would last longer. (*Note: AT THE TIME OF WRITING THIS I HAVE NOT BEEN CHEWING LONG ENOUGH TO NOTICE JAW DEFINITION, this review does NOT cover that).About the gum:It is a hard piece that you gotta really crack into. Getting it started was a little rough on my teeth (I didnt want to chip anything), but once it was cracked into it was a FIRM chew. In the best of ways. I knew this was going to last. I chewed a piece for maybe 2 or 3 hours before switching out (mainly because in the last hour the flavor had gone away and I was just habit chewing before i actually noticed). It had kept a strong consistency throughout.I got the mango flavor to start and the taste was good. It wasnt overpowering or overly sweet, but it was there and it lasted a long enough time otherwise. My mouth didn't feel super cakey-sugary after, and I actually felt fresh and clean. Which was nice because a lot of sweet flavored gums dont usually feel like they do anything for your mouth. I definitely want to try the mint flavor next now that I know what to expect (i usually opt for mint flavors in gum, but not too minty).I was hesitant on the price because its GUM, but for what it does, I understand. I do wish it were either slightly cheaper, but it's marketed as workout equipment for your jaw essentially, so for its price and quantity it's actually really good.TLDR; Solid firm consistency that lasts a long time, flavor is not overpowering nor underwhelming (just the right amount), great for teeth grinders and those with oral fixations, price is up there but it evens out with quantity, and would buy again.

Gets the job done!
Hardness (5/5): Very effective as it’s the hardest chewing gum i’ve ever tried. Long lasting so I feel like i’m getting the best workout and bang for my buck. The gum actually stays hard for a long time, it's crazy. Flavor (5/5): Jawcko has a great fresh mint flavor, comparable to Trident or 5 gum. I would definitely chew this before a night out as I feel my breath would absorb the mint. Now that i know the mint is great, i'll be ordering the mangoNutrition facts (5/5): Short list of ingredients made it appealing and the fact that it’s sugar free which is important for me. I googled the rest of the ingredients and nothing harmful came upConvenience (5/5): I find it way more convenient than the alternatives like jawzrsize. I can run errands and work while still training my jawResults (5/5): I'm about 10 days into my regimen and I've noticed improvements and definition in my jawline. I'm also more motivated to exercise and work on my diet. I'm excited to see my results!

Its a workout
Works as intended. Really gives the jaw a good workout. The pieces are the perfect size. Taste good too. The only thing I could do without issome of the ingredients (i.e. Maltitol, natural flavors)

Pretty good be careful it probably will work
It’s like a jawbreaker at first so be careful but when you are able to chew it more and more it’s pretty good taste wise and workout wise feels like one of those rubber workout things for your jaw so pretty good still a little expensive but it’s fine it’s worth it and the longevity it last a while considering it’s sugar free so it’s good only reason for the title is because I just got it a day ago

Best I've tried
I tried all the jawline gums this past week and JAWCKO came out on top for several reasons.Effectiveness- I had a full week of chewing all the gums and JAWCKO was the most consistent in terms of hardness. The other gums are either too soft (stick gum) or too hard. It does what it's supposed to do and that's what matters the most. JAWCKO has that quality over quantity aspect down even the packaging looks and feels premium.Workout- I like the clear routine/instructions. Both sides of my jaw muscles are fully engaged when i'm chewing. I gave up the other gum brands as JAWCKO has the best muscle engagement. It's just a lot more convenient than other methods and it's a great addition to my gym/wellness routine.Taste- It actually lasts a while and doesn't disappear super quick like the rest of the gums. The flavor is quite good and comparable to top grocery store gums. I like the variety of flavors and i'll be trying the other flavors when I finish this pack.Ingredients- By far the best in terms of minimal use of artificial sweeteners. It doesn't contain aspartame like the rest of the gums. Did some research and there's nothing alarming or harmful in the ingredient list. I tried another brand that was mislabeled so I appreciated the transparency of JAWCKO.Overall- A great product that's effective. The other gums were lacking in consistency and flavor.

Great jaw workout
I bought this because unlike those jaw sculpting balls you can chew the gum all over your mouth and not just use your incisors. Taste is good but fades after about 15-20 min. I found two pieces worked best for me, but in the beginning I’d mix one with a regular piece of gum. You can definitely feel that it works.

Warning before chewing, but good flavor and good product
Flavor is good, and is very hard and chewy. Good workout for your mouth. My complaint is that it must be warmed up in your mouth before trying to chew, or else it will explode into a million small pieces in your mouth, causing you to swallow gum.
