SAVE. YOUR. MONEY AVOID. THIS. COMPANY AND PRODUCT NO STARS- I originally wrote about how great this vacuum was. That was in the first week of buying. Like other reviews have noted- it works great for a couple months. Then it stops, and the “free customer support” is no where to be found. I’ve sent 7 emails since November asking for help to trouble shoot or replace the device. There is a one year manufacturing warranty which they have refused to honor or even acknowledge. I tried any and all options available from YouTube videos and their website to fix the item. Nothing has worked. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID THIS COMPANY ALL TOGETHER. I have proof of multiple emails sent that have been left unanswered. I am so upset that I wasted $400 and the some on a product like this. SAVE. YOUR. MONEY AVOID. THIS. COMPANY AND PRODUCT

This started off great, but only lasted about 6 months. Customer service “can’t find my order” even though I’ve sent them receipts and screen shots. The product keeps saying “error” and won’t run. They aren’t willing to help troubleshoot or anything. Wouldn’t buy from this manufacturer again.

Love it ! Works much better than the iRobot I got for Christmas this can map on its own! I highly recommend this vaccume over many others I’ve tried including iRobot !

I got the Laresar L6 Pro as an upgrade to our previous Laresar Evol 3 which we happily used to clean our apartment for almost a year, and this feels quite like an upgrade. I always have a good feeling when we walk into our apartment and the whole place seems clean and tidy, and this is the feeling I usually have when I come back from work and the vacuum robot did it's job, it primes me to get off on the right foot. This robot does a good job taking care of carpeted and non carpeted areas, it transitions easily from one to the other, and I am always surprised by the amount of dust and debris is able to collect (can't believe all that is laying around our place). This dual function is probably what I like the most and the main reason of upgrading as it's seems handy in keeping both kinds of surfaces clean, especially if used combined with the customizable map function to indicate "non-mopping" areas. Other things I liked from the L6 Pro, is the minimalistic look, the self-emptying function (which gives me back even more time than before) the different status indicators in the tower-base, how easily navigates through our place, and last but not least the good amount of extra supplies that come with the unit (extra mopping pads, both disposable and reusable, and extra air filter, and quite a few bags for the tower -base) that's a thoughtful touch from the manufacturer aimed to please the end customer I think. I wouldn't go back to a no-vacuum robot life, this thing is really a time saver and does a good job in helping us out keeping our place tidy and welcoming, would recommend to anyone with no hesitation.

This vacuum is amazing. It is so smart that it is freaky! Started it up and it mapped out the rooms and then cleaned. After it was done it returned to its home from the opposite end of the house and then cleaned itself. It did an excellent job of picking up dirt from both carpet and LVP flooring. The only problems were the lack of specific directions on how to get started mapping but I contacted the company and they immediately email them to me. Now i just have to learn how to set no go zones around some areas such as chair legs on my dining table. it did get a little hung up in areas but eventually managed to find its way out. All in all I am very satisfied and amazed by this unit. Would highly recommend!

When it works it does well. Don’t ever try to get service as the company does not respond.

I have an Evolve 3 and I loved it. I thought I would up grade for the self dumping waste. I'm so glad I did. I thought the Evolve 3 was great, but this is even better. It is a bit higher so it doesn't get stuck under my couch like the other one did. It's seems to recognize obstacles really really well and doesn't bump into them as hard. For the price and quality I highly recommend. It's an easy set up and it's mapping my house well. I'm going to keep my Evolve 3 and use them both, why not. My house is fairly large at 2770 sq ft. I was concerned with only one side brush but it turns when needed and seems to get the corners well. UPDATE: 7 months Iater and I'm still loving this vacuum! No issues. If your on the fence, just do it.
