Great tasting and so very good for me!

Works and provides the nutrition needed works very quickly.

Less calories and more protein is a win/win combination. Isn't quite as rich as the 20 gr protein but sometimes 20 gr richness is a little too much

Taste is good and protein content is high. Only issue I have with this particular packaging is that you have to shake vigorously or there will be clumps in the bottom of container.

This is barely palatable. Even with the chocolate flavor, ice cold, and shaken furiously, the taste is off and the consistency is pretty disgusting. It leaves an icky film coating the inside of my mouth too. I will stick with Premier Protein Shakes from now on.

Wonderful taste, nutrients, fiber, vitamins, and metals. Does not affect body weight, and small amount of sugar is good except for those who are diabetic. Nice and filling can replace a part…..or whole……of a meal. Still reasonably priced, boost is recommended in most rehab hospitals.

Flavor needs work. Blah.
