Easy to swallow, no taste or aftertaste. The capsules have a slight smell, but it smells like natural ingredients or dietary fiber, and does not affect the taste. After 3 weeks I don't notice anything good, bad or otherwise. So I guess it just depends if you want/believe in the ingredients. If these are the nutrients you want, then this is probably a good source. Maybe a bit expensive overall...

A few months ago, I was admitted to the hospital with sepsis, I thought it was a resilient UTI but nope, it was a 14mm kidney stone that had been blocking my kidney from draining. The blockage caused some damage to my left kidney. It did require surgery, as I also had other stones. My urologist recommended I try a kidney cleanse to help continue to flush the kidney. I have noticed my urine is clearer and more frequent.

I’ve been a fan of Dr. Morse for a while, so I was excited to try this supplement! The capsules are small, easy to take, and have no taste, which makes them convenient. I’ve been using them for a few weeks now, and while I haven’t noticed any drastic changes yet, I do feel better overall and I know they help support my body! The quality of the product is top-notch, and I trust the brand because of its reputation for using high-quality, natural/ organic/ non-gmo ingredients. I also love that they use amber glass bottles instead of plastic, which shows they really care about sustainability. Even though the price might be a bit high, I believe in the value of what Dr. Morse offers. I'm looking forward to seeing more benefits with continued use!

I like to use these products sporadically, when I need a boost. They're easy to take and I do feel very well overall. There's no taste, and no negatives to report.
