Not upto the mark. The product got different wheels(Image shows a covered wheel). Zip is moderate. The handle don't have step up or step down option. Overall quality is not so satisfying. Price range should have been around 2000 INR Max.Not worth the money.

Good quality luggage it can carry 4 people clothes for 2 days trip, but don't take it to trip to mountainous regions, not built for that, it's wheels will get damaged by uneven road and pebbles and yes it's lock works atleast for me and it's neither light nor heavy in between, if you get it under 2000 rupees then go for it
